I got the bucket size brown sugar milk tea and the musubi and both were so good! I like the option for self checkout as well! Definitely check this plce out!
This place is usually good but it’s rowdy with a lot of kids most of the time. My most recent experience was not too good. I made my order with one of the screens for honeydew snows to have 30% sugar because i have ordered with a cashier on many occasions with the snow having less sugar because my mom is diabetic and i naturally believe i could do it again. So when i received my order the girl called my name and just dropped the drinks off on the counter then RAN AWAY. Like i understand your busy but that’s not good customer service in making sure the customer has their order correctly. So i had to call her back ask which one has less sugar and she literally told me that THEY CANT DO THAT i told her i have ordered this same drink this way many of times before and they gave it to me even told me which one had less sugar and she told me “if they told you they put less sugar they probably LIED” then ran away again so i had to call her back and ask for a receipt then she gave it to me and ran away. So i was left to juggle the 3 drinks that i bought because they couldn’t even hand me a drink holder they just all ignored me while i stuggled to hold all of the drinks and carry them to my car. Also they say they close at 10 but don’t order any food after 9 because they don’t tell you that they stop making the snack food earlier than closing so they had to give me a refund for my mochi waffle i ordered. This place really lacks better management there’s just 3 kids behind the counter making everyone’s drinks.

This is the most despicable service I’ve seen in awhile. My friend ordered a drink online and they told us that they were out. She said that’s fine and decided to try a caramel drink for the first time. She did not like it at all and told them very politely and asked if she could do a different drink that she knew she liked. They declined and said she had to pay for another drink. I think that is terrible the customer is always right and I think it is very bad customer service because my friend would not even drink her drink it was that disgusting. She should not have to pay to order a new drink after these two people made her a disgusting drink. They offered to throw it in the trash. Despicable. Even if this is a policy it is a terrible one and now you have lost two dedicated customers and I am telling everyone I know to avoid this place.
I used to be excited about Quickly when it first opened in Troy. My recent experiences haven’t been great. Today I ordered a taro milk tea amongst other items and I was not impressed by this tasteless taro milk tea. I was expecting a purple / light purple color drink instead it was more like an off white color. It has no taro taste whatsoever. I ordered with 50% less sugar but it should not affect the taro taste. The tapioca bubbles had no taste as well. An authentic bubble tea place would mix their tapioca bubbles in brown sugar so it has sweetness as you drinking your bubble tea & chewing the bubbles. Also .. I came in on a Monday afternoon where it wasn’t very busy, but my order still took 25 mins to be ready.I would not come back as the quality has dropped ALOT since it opened. Even though I miss authentic bubble tea from Hong Kong and Taiwan but I will not lower my standards to come to Quickly.

Yummy bubble teas. The only boba flavor they had left was green apple- must have been super busy previously? But our drinks were good and fast service.
Every drink I get here is excellent. There can be a long wait depending on how many people are there, but the drinks are still high quality
Tried it for the first time and would May be rate a solid 8/10 for the good quality and fresh milk tea! Amazing part to add additional toppings for just 0.55$ each. My favorite addition would be mango and lychee coconut pops
