Was really disappointed here recently. The staff during the day seemed much friendlier. They may be under new management, because the workers were quite rude and trying to overcharge me for things, in addition to only giving me one small scoop of the protein portion of my meal. The young man who helped me with the first part of my order, was very skimpy with the portions. I think because he was in charge of cooking the food, he didn’t wanna have to make more entrées or vegetables this late in the evening. Even though I eat at 7 PM. They were also trying to overcharge me for a large side of sour cream, which no one had ever charge me extra for and I’ve been coming to this location and others in the metro area for a couple years now. I love that Qdoba is more affordable than other restaurants of the same type such as chipotle or Salsarita. I will try coming back here once more during the day, just to see if the management has truly changed. People really make the difference at any business. Be careful who you hire!
I like Qdoba but I often get bottom scratched protien option when I visit this location which means staffs wouldn't refill ingredients often or they just discriminate certain race.. who knows?
The rice was hard and the meat was dry and cold. The 2 girls that i dealt with were as rude as could be until I brought up corporate and they got much nicer. I will stick with the one on mound they always take care of me right.
This is the 2nd time in a row coming to this location and ended up disappointed. Both times the staff had a friend visiting and they were socializing the whole time. When i walked in, there was no one else in and there was no fajita mix and said they would have to make some. There were 4 staff members, they should have had some started when they realized it was empty instead of socializing. Also, both girls had long hair and were not in ponytails/pulled back and one girl kept flipping her head upside down and flinging her hair back up in the front area by the food. The girls were also standing by the food and playing with their hair while talking.
Enjoyed the brisket burrito ?. First time at any Qdoba. Very understanding staff, will return when in the area.
Ordered a meal for 12 people very short notice. The district manager John personally delivered the meal to family who is going through funeral preparations as I live 3 hours away. I am humbled by this and cannot thank them enough.
ordered food yesterday. they didn’t add queso to my burrito & the chips tasted like stale playdoh.
The place was clean and quiet, and it’s the best Qdoba I’ve been too in a while I appreciate them having everything I wanted also. Good job!
Food was okay, store was absolutely disgusting. Super dirty bathrooms as well as dining area. Clearly no one cares about the cleanliness of the store.
Best Mexican bowl!!
