Food was absolutely amazing! Server was super friendly and helpful! Was just a little over $48 for everything! This is cheap for quality fish! Trust me they do not skimp out on the quality of the fish. Small, regular, and burrito ordered for those who are curious.
It was tasty, yet it tasted rather basic and as if a bunch of ingredients were thrown together in an attempt to make a poke bowl. It was successful, yet missing love.I know, it's the Midwest so expectations are not wild, but something smelled funny about my bowl... But I still ate it and lived to tell the tale, so take these words as a grain of salt.Another star was docked as the person taking my order was rather cold and seemed to be in a negative funk. Maybe the person in front of me was weird, maybe the 40-minutes until closing time was rude on my part, and maybe my requests of green onion was the breaking point, I don't know.Paying (an unknown amount without receiving a receipt) and leaving was more important than sticking around!
Really like the food here. The quality is great and there are many options to mix and choose (maybe more than needed). Overall a nice experience and should definitely give them a try.
First time here and it was good. A bit tricky to get to due to construction. That said, it was worth to trip if you enjoy sushi in a bowl.
Order directly from restaurant if ordering here, do not use delivery apps (especially Uber Eats). Bowls are up-charged $2 each on Uber Eats and other toppings are more expensive than just ordering through the restaurant. Food was okay.
I come here often and usually it is good, but last night when I went it was very dry and lack of flavor I felt like I was eating dry salad mix with chunks of fish, and I told the guy to put medium (which is what I always get and never had this problem).
This place gets my order wrong 90% of the time but there's no better poke place I've found so I still keep ordering. Yummy and ingredients seem fresh ?
I usually enjoy my experience at this location, however, today the guy serving me made me very uncomfortable. When I was making my bowl, he asked me if I wanted shrimp, and I said no. He asked "are you sure?" And I said no again. He proceeded to ask me if I wanted shrimp 8 more times saying that it was "the fruit of the sea" and "I insist". I was already having a rough day, and he didn't stop until I started crying. The food was good though
Absolutely delicious. If it was a little closer to my home I would probably order something once a week... that's how much I like it!
I had the spicy ahi tuna bowl, everything was very fresh and tasted great, it was just too spicy for my personal preference. Next time I would make my own bowl, but overall it was a neat experience and I would go back.
