We got seated immediately and then sat there for 10 minutes while 2 waitresses passed us several times and never said a word. We never even got water, needless to say we stood up and walked out!
The service was horrible, they burnt my food. The second I got home I threw it all up. DISGUSTING.I highly recommend not coming to this so called “establishment”. Also they refused to take the burnt food off my bill. So if you wanna go to a restaurant that charges you for burnt mush go right ahead to picanos. ?

Not our 1st choice for dinner. Veal was a little chewy, but napa cab wine choice was very good. It was a well balanced meal.
Loved the food! Service was great. The spumoni was just delightful too!The only downside was the place was PACKED and it was very loud inside.
Had a large baby shower there so we spent a great deal of time with lots of demands from our party members. We were 110% taken care of. We had a whole private area with a large room divider separating us from regular guests. Food was served family-style. This place is a great place for having parties! Will return

Used to be one of my favorite places to go but my recent experience was not good. Service was poor, hardly ever saw our server to see if needed additional drinks or how the food was. The side pasta and vegetables were served cold and we had to get another server to find out server to correct the problem. There are many other Italian restaurants that are as good or better and probably won’t go back. Not worth the money
Picanos is getting very careless and sloppy. On take out or delivery orders they constantly forget items. While you can get a credit, they dont seem to care about the details and try to make it a good experience. They intentionally limit the take out or delivery menu, to force you into their restaurant. They have changed over the years......and not for the good. Their staff do not wear masks....not good if ure eating there. Their prices keep going up...not a good business decision. Mr. Picano, there used to be long lines and endless business for your restaurant. Unless things change, you will lose more of your loyal customers. You have to stop increasing the cost when food delivery services are used, and limiting your take out menu. Marie is like family, one of the reasons we continue to use your restaurant.
