I placed an order 25 minutes before and I reached the store for food pick up, the server is telling there is no order for me, whereas I have the email and order both handy. Found out they never look into their order at all. So bad service. Waiting for more than 20 minutes to get the order done.Updated review- even after 20 minutes wait food was horrible. No pineapple at all in the pizza while they charged for that. Bread was not cooked properly. I should give 0 starts. Will never come back to this store

This branch's pizza was the worst and the most terrible pizza I have eaten in the world! It was not cooked and the toppings were totally chopped like papers, so there was no need to chew the vegetables and there was no taste in the vegetables. I recommend you to visit another branch located at 5399 crooks rd and here is the best. The toppings and dough are totally different.

Ordered through Slice. The pizza was nearly thirty minutes late past the delivery window—and they didn’t have my drink! Pizza was absolutely cold and salad was really low quality.Advice for fellows travelers-go to Buddy’s or somewhere else. Don’t do here!
Very Poor Managementthe quality of food has dropped. their dough just tastes old, and they seem to just skimp on the items these days.people are on their phone, then immediately touching food, without washing their hands.the store as a whole is just in very very poor condition, as if they never clean anything.I am very surprised the store is still even open with over all management of the place.
Completely disappointed that we asked for no butter on the crust 3 times and they still put butter on it. I called and they didn't offer to replace the pizza so I could eat dinner. Complete waste of time and money.
