Recently I dined in at PF Changs for the first time in years and fortunately they have not skipped a beat. The receptionist at the desk were very nice and accommodating, the wait was only about 15 minutes. I sat down and the nicest waiter Thomas suggested this Mojito and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered edamame, crab ragoon, and dynamite roll for appetizers. Curious about the now menu as opposed to years ago. The crab ragoon was even better than before, so crispy, just the right amount of crab filling, and the sauce was amazing with just a little sweet kick to it. For my entrée I had the crispy honey shrimp and all I can say is wow, soooo good, the sauce coded evenly through the entire dish. I was pleasantly satisfied with everything, not to mention Thomas continued to check on my table constantly. Great customer service. Even the manager Ross came to the table and asked how the meal was. Thank you for serving my table with amazing food and for the warm, friendly staff, I will definitely be back.

*Outstanding Service* *Fresh Hot Delicious Food* I would definitely recommend & return to this location again in the future.

Always good food with wonderful atmosphere

The food was excellent, the service was awesome and I can't wait to go back again! I haven't been here in over 5 years so it was all new again. We started with the fried pork dumplings and the hot &sour soup andtheywerewonderful! Then I really enjoyed the Mongolian Beef as my main entee which is probably my new favorite. So I will not wait so long to go back again.

I loved this Pf Chang. They have a great chef and our waitress was really nice. The food is good and the place is quiet and nice. The beef dumplings, Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken are the best.

Collin made our evening! He loves his job and made our evening special!Great recommendations, loved the service insanely hot asparagus? Can’t wait to come back?

I always bring my family to the Troy location because I think it provides better service and tastier food than the other locations in metro Detroit. However, we were treated poorly by the hostess (Saturday evening). Felt very uncomfortable and discriminated from asking for accommodations for my family. Luckily, our waitress was able to turn our night around. It’s already hard as it is to come out to restaurants during a pandemic. All we want is to enjoy our outing.

This is a reservation ONLY walk-in restaurant. After talking to three employees, I learned that they only take some walk-ins post pandemic. The sign on the door didn't convey the message properly. Manager may be cool and great to most, but fundamental customer service was missing tonight.

Nice restaurant with good ambience.Good taste is great as well. Great portions.Service was decent though they missed the order but replaced it.The issue was the reservation, some how they couldn't locate ours but again we need to reregister in the website for the same slot.

Food is extremely inconsistent. I always order the honey chicken, and three times now, tastes and looks like sweet and sour chicken NOT honey chicken. The texture is totally different, its not crispy like it should be. When I called to complain that I received the wrong order, I was told that the sauce is made fresh each morning and it just depends on who makes it as to what it looks and tastes like. This seems crazy to me. Isn't there a recipe? This is a chain restaurant. I wont order anymore due to the lack of consistency with their products.
