I loved the food from here. Freshly made and full of flavor.
The food is good, but I just got takeout for 3. Ordered 2 Tortelini dishes, but I got home to find they gave us ziti instead of Tortelini…. Not an even substitute in my opinion. So, we are disappointed.

Don't really know what's wrong with this location. I've never had a problem at a noodles&co before. I ordered Alfredo MontAmore and typically their alfredo comes with spinach, tomatoes, salt and pepper and the sauce. The only salt&pepper is whats sprinkled on the shrimp not anywhere else. They didn't add any of the vegetables and not even 5 minutes ago I tried to call and very politely mention what was wrong to which they hung up in my face. I could understand if I was being a Karen but I wasn't?? very disappointing :( just like my food.
Wow. Very disappointed. Ordered online with delivery. The only thing that was correct in/on the bag was the receipt. Can not get through to a person. Got hung up on 4 times. Sauces were charged but not added, noodles were so incredibly dry. It was awful for a first time experience.
I would like to say that the food was freezer burned as you can see. Also the basil tomato soup was floating in oil? Why would there be oil? And I mean a lotI tried calling noodles where I ordered from and no answer. I tried several times tho it shows open until 8How do I get a response from them ??
ordered delivery since it's a free promation. It took an hour after pickup to have our order delivered 4 miles. They use Doordash, the driver said he had to deliver an order before us. Food was cold when it finally arrived.
Food is below average. Not sure how this chain is surviving out there. There are so many Thai places around where you can get quality food.

This place needs some one who knows what they are doing here. There are currently 10 dishes uncovered sitting on the prep counter and 16 people waiting in the restaurant and no one has any food. I ordered on the app and it said my food would be ready at 5:51. Is is no 6:03. No end in site. I’d leave but I paid already.Update, it is now 6:20 I have no food and I just found out they are out of tofu… I found this out because I asked to confirm they had my order.
