Took our order after two other cars. Messed up both burgers. Said i didn't even order when i came back. Took 25 minutes
Every employee that works there is trying their best, every issue I've had has stemmed from lean staffing practices and them not paying their employees enough to staff fully. Go elsewhere
Same as below … happy meal didn’t include the nuggets! Burgers assembled very sloppy and cold. This is an awful McDonald’s go to the one at Big Beaver and Rochester instead.
Nasty store. Worked here and had to quit because it was seriously this nasty. Was expected to pass food out in this condition. Then had to listen to racial comments towards African American customers as they came would pull off. Reported it and absolutely nothing happened. Just totally disgusting store.
I'm sorry but every time I get an egg McMuffin from here I'm literally pealing out egg shells. Not just one but like a whole egg. Does a toddler crack the eggs there?!?! This is disgusting!!! Thanks but this was the last straw. Figured I'd give it one more chance, but yet again I am left unable to eat my breakfast because I feel sick to my stomach after crunching into a whole egg.

I ordered a six piece happy meal for my son and a chocolate milk! Drove 30 mins home and opened the box with only fries and ranch dressing. This was the only thing I ordered. How can you mess this up??????

You'll be very lucky to have your order taken in the AM without waiting at least 5 minutes for someone to answer the drive through. This has happened every time I stop (once a week) for the past few months. This morning was longer than usual so I pulled around to the window and was rudely told I had to go back in line. Avoid if you can. The one at 18 & Livernois has great service.
