Soooo rude! So unprofessional! So heartless! So slow! Refused a doordasher use of their precious restroom while they were waiting for what seemed like forever for them to give the dasher their order. Not only that, but she YELLED at that poor dasher. I felt so bad...for someone just doing their job. Too bad everyone can't do their job...
Staff very rude. Dirty place. Very expensive. My food was a little burned. Never coming back

Pretty pricey. So far tho the food has been pretty solid. I’m still not sure about the staffing/service.

We used to go here often and food was always good. But nothing but problems the last two visits and I will never go back. They will not honor their coupons properly; try to overcharge you and hope you won't notice. We mentioned coupon when ordering, and even inquired about total cost at time of order. Staff said they'd let us know when we get there. But then only applied a partial discount due to coupon. Rather than correcting, the manager has a fit and starts yelling, saying he doesn't care what the coupon says, do I want it or not??! Needless to say, I will never return. There are way too many other quality lebanese restaurants that deserve my business!
This is my fave middle eastern restaurant. I have been coming here over 15 years. I especially love their juice, salad, sauces, and mixed combo for 2-3 ppl. I like that they offer grilled mixed vegetables when I want to be healthy. When I don’t want to be healthy I order the fried potatoes! Another fave is their lamb chili.
Doesn’t even deserve one star. We’ve been going to Lebanese Grill for probably 10 years and even though we don’t live close anymore we drive a half hour there and back because the food is usually so good. Customer service has always been so-so but it’s always been worth it. Got there tonight to pick up my $60 order and was told a guy already came in and got it. The employee got the owner and he immediately started acting like I was lying. I showed him my online receipt and order confirmation and he kept saying someone else already picked it up. He said they’d remake the order and got really rude with me when I asked if I could just have a refund and said they don’t allow that. Didn’t even have a chance to explain that I was on a time crunch and didn’t really want to wait in my car for our order to be remade. Can’t expect employees to have an ounce of decent customer service skills when the owner doesn’t have any and thinks it’s appropriate to be rude and mean to his customers. Suggest to anyone still planning to go here not to pay in advance. They clearly don’t ask for any proof when you’re picking up and will just give it to anyone…. And then blame you for it when you’re the one who didn’t get your food. Unbelievable.Owner says in his comment they’ve always trusted their customers and never had any issues, yet refuses to acknowledge the way he treated me or the fact that there was, indeed, an issue!
Called in 2 hours ahead asking to have food ready at a specific time. When i went in, of course they charged me first then i still had to wait 10 minutes to pick up food. The waitress is rude and the price is overpriced! 2 meat shawarma costs $16.97? Usually, they cost around 11 bucks but here, everything is overpriced by double. Greedy. The taste wasn't anything special either.
