Definitely need training to staff and the process. I waited over 30 minutes in drive thru and when I reached the window to order, I did not hear anybody on the mic so I continued to second window to order then they told me I had to pull back in line all over again to even be able to order. When I asked why, they mentioned it’s a policy. What kind of unintellegent process and moreover unkind people are in this location. Horrible service
I got a dozen assorted donuts. There were so many choices. Most of them were too sweet. Next time, I will get a dozen original glazed.
Rating this a three only because, the in person service was closed, so used drive thru, the line was pretty long... but as always it was worth the wait - delicious donuts!
Like the Donuts but perfer going in the store. Don't care at all for the drive through the person taking the money had to count it three times I guess once isn't enough or else they got confused as we paid with exact cash.
Wow, got some custard filled donuts tonight. This was the worst bunch I have ever gotten from this location. This is supposed to be a primarily automated process and yet donut size and shape were very different. Then you add the human aspect and it gets even worse. There is a chocolate frosting on top. One looked good the rest were so bad that one barely had any frosting on it at all. Took a bit and virtually no custard inside. You know, we pay more for these kind of donut. I expect to get what I paid for.

I ordered here a couple of times for delivery and pick up and everything went smooth. Customer service was good. Got these mini donuts for Mother’s Day and it was delicious. Even though it’s not like how it used to be back in the days I still prefer to go to Krispy Kreme for donuts. If you go early in the morning you’ll definitely see how it’s made and the earlier you go the fresher the donuts.
wth. why isn't the restaurant open for inside service. ridiculous. and the drive thru is slower than going to McDonald's. the donuts are already made so it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. it makes absolutely no sense!!!
My brother went here for the price of gas deal, yesterday and Nicole who was taking orders was super disrespectful. The first the she says as he pulls up is cash only and he’s like okie that’s fine. He wanted to grab them for taking your kiddos to work day and he and my husband were trying to get 4 dozen for the next day and she says you can only get one. That’s ridiculous you can order on the app and get 2 of the gas deals and whatever else you wanted to add. Never coming here again, waited in such a long line for nothing. Nicole should not be interacting with customers. She has absolutely NO customer service skills.
The Best donuts EVER. There should be a warning on these babies. HIGHLY ADDICTIVE
