They got rid of turkey. TURKEY!!!! Just this location as far as I can tell. What sandwich place you know doesn’t have turkey?!?! Insanity. Also, they aren’t open when they say they are. It’s a Saturday and they say they’re open until 7 but I came and they were closed early. Very disappointed in this location.
The store is fine when it's open but my husband and I have had an impossible time figuring out what their hours are. I know that a lot of businesses have been short staffed lately, it would just help if the adjusted hours were posted somewhere. Multiple times now we've tried to grab a quick dinner after work and have been met with closed doors and the lights turned off (between 5:30-6pm). Google lists that they're open until 7pm so we've been unpleasantly surprised each time.
Went to this store at 5pm, and the doors were locked and closed. The guys inside were just staring at us. I was there at prime dinner time and they were closed. I do not understand why it would be closed at dinner time. This is the 3rd time this or something similar has happened. However, after I walked back to the car and gor my kid back in, then they open the door for the other 3 customers that came up to the door!!!
The slowest Jimmy Johns ever! I understand if you have low staff, but you need to better communicate with customers.
The service is terrible at this location! There are 3 guys behind the counter giggling and laughing like little kids. Customers in the restaurant and they are acting foolish and rude. Pretty sure they were making fun of a customer while I was waiting and watching.

Pretty disappointed in this location. The last time I ordered, even though I am located quite literally 2 minutes away, I waited about an hour for my food to be delivered.Now the last two times I've attempted to go in person instead, they were closed before their listed closure time. Both Google and the Jimmy John's website states the location at Rochester road and South boulevard closes at 6:00 p.m. At 5:40 p.m. they were already closed and the location was empty.
Ordered over 35 minutes ago. Live less than 5 minutes away but super pregnant and not feeling well. Still don’t have my order. Called twice and the employee keeps putting me on hold for over 10 minutes without giving me a second to even ask about my order. Worst service ever.
Just............YES! Sometimes simple is best!
The tall guy with the glasses that works the counter is SO rude and unprofessional that I now check to see if he's working before even going in. Every time I see that guy has the potential to wait on me or make my sandwich I take my business elsewhere.
