Ordered an XL pizza for the fam, corners were good but rest of pizza was undercooked and doughy. Be careful guys when you buy from here, consuming undercooked dough is dangerous. I called and told them about this and that I can't bring it back, his answer was "ok, have a great day"....
Im very disappointed by my experience here. I ordered pizza for my Grandchildren and they are twins. However they have different taste. One likes pepperoni and the other likes cheese. Therefore I ordered a half and half. The cheese half didn’t have the cheese distributed as a pizza and more like cheese bread as you can see. I asked the store what can be done and they acted as if they couldn’t fix the issue without seeing it. Well now you see it on google. Nonetheless really disappointed by the customer service and options even when I asked for a credit. The meat side was good. I would’ve returned again but prob not.
I come here on my way to work. I usually get the jet 10 the pizza here is good but, sometimes for what you pay they don't give an even amount of toppings.
ordered my calzone online before the store opened, so I would have it here for lunch , they said it would be here at 12;00, showed up at 12;40 ice cold!!!
We get them regular, sometimes it is great but too many misses. I don't even complain to them anymore, they just seem annoyed when i do. Yesterday they didn't put any cheese on my jet boat, all the topping just fall everywhere.
Whenever I order Jets Pizza I always order from this location because the employees are always nice and the food is always nice and hot but today when I order from this location I was disappointed. I called at 4:45 and placed my order over the phone and the person who took my order repeated it back and asked if it was under a certain name and I said yes and was told that it would be 20-25 minutes. So I arrive to the store 30mins later to be told that they don’t have my order and I have the wrong location.Ever since I moved to Troy this is the only Jet’s I’ve ever went to and never had any issues. Then when I got back to my car I call back into the store and was again told they didn’t have my order and they could make it but it would be ten minutes. I appreciate them for offering to make it for me but the purpose of me calling it in was so it would be ready when I get there and after they told me that I had the wrong location, that’s when they should have offered to make my order. It was not until I went to my car and called back in that they offered to make my order.I will not be returning to this location for a while.
Coming for new York and living in New Jersey. I was blown away by how good the square pepperoni pizza was. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this. Excellent....
I usually only order pizza from this location, but I must say it's the one of the best square pizzas around. It's consistently good and the employees are great to deal with.

The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't give them less their menu was very misleading it said I got six toppings and then I can split the toppings did not know that they charged you so much for extra toppings I just paid over $20 for a personal Pizza never again will I do this I feel very ripped off when I call to confront the company instead of them doing any kind of compensation she just told me sorry pricing came from corporate this is how they rip off people from out of town
