Horrible customer service. Took 45 minutes for an online order. Watched at least 6 walk-ins get served and leave while waiting for my order. Was treated very rudely when I asked for an update on my order, was snapped at and told to be patient! Watched them finally make my sandwich, it had been sitting in queue for the entire 30 minutes I had stood there waiting to be finished but they kept moving the walk-ins ahead of my sandwich. I had already pre-paid (and included a 20% tip!) but they didn't care. Filed a complaint online about my experience with Jersey Mikes that has also gone unanswered, they obviously don't give a d*** about customer service. I will not go back.
I'm hoping it's just this restaurant that switched the bread otherwise I don't know how much more Jersey Mikes are we eating the bread was very dry I did not care for the new bread
I ordered a number 43 (the chipotle cheesesteak) and when I went to the checkout the receipt said 42 the lady said it was just a mistake on her end and she would make the correct one. When I got home the order was a 42 and not what I paid for, over all it was just super annoying.
Great shop. They gave us great portions of meat for our subs.
There was two people that waited on me. I ordered a small tuna sub, but before I could pick out what bread I wanted the young man just started making my tuna sub on white bread. Didn't bother to ask me what bread I wanted, just assumed that it was ok !! I was ordering the tuna sub for someone else. So then I went on to order the sub I wanted and the other older man got an attitude like I was bothering him or taking too much of his time, so I ask them was I bothering them. He replied no but do you want, so I ordered a giant ham and cheese sub, and proceeded to get me white bread and I told him no wheat. He act like it was a problem. I ask for double meat (ham).Then another young man came from the back and ask what was going on with my order and what was mine and began to ring up my order. But the first two people that was waiting on me their attitude were horrible. Slow down and ask people what they want before you assume. I like Jersey Mike's subs they are the best, but this time when I went to this particular Jersey Mike's the service was not good. I spent $29.00 and got @$@# ? service !!! After we left the store I opened up my sub I noticed that the double meat (ham) that I ordered and paid for was not on my sandwich. It was the regular amount of meat (ham) that comes on the sub. By this time we were on the freeway I-75 South going home. Too far away to go back !! This is not the first time I've been to this location. Always go here when I go to Somerset Mall !!! I'm disappointed ?☹ Plus I'm diabetic.
This Jersey Mike's food has not been up to par with another JMS I go to. The food tastes not as fresh and the place doesn't seem as clean or maintained.
Had a good gluten free bun AND an Udi's gluten free cookie! Plus Stubborn Soda with no corn syrup and no artificial sweeteners!!
I have celiac and this is my go to place for a great sandwich. The employees always change gloves and use a separate knife to cut the sub. Very impressed with the quality!
Got the giant Portobello Mushroom Sub, was surprised to see that it was available at this location while the app and website did not have it in their options.Friendly people, good variety of toppings but can improve their sandwich varieties
I was never a Jersey Mike’s fan until I went to the one on Big Beaver. I work down the street and our company always get subs from there so I wanted to see what the hype was all about. The employees were friendly, the store was clean and my sandwich was yummy. I recommended to other employees and will be adding to my lunch spot list ?
