I’m sorry but the Food is NOT worth the amount my family payed. The pancakes were extremely underwhelming, if you order the blueberry lemon pancakes, prepare to NOT taste the lemon. On to the french toast, how much egg do these chefs feel they need to put on this toast, there was NOT any cinnamon flavor to the french toast, and it was this horrible yellow color. Didn’t even looked cooked. They also throw this minion menu in your face, but DO NOT even think of ordering anything from this menu, they are the most artificial, banana flavored, sugary things I’ve ever put into my mouth. Never again IHOP.
My experience there was once I got seated I waited a while and the waitress came and took my order. Everything was going smoothly until I found an egg shell in my food. Automatically I was discussed and alerted the waitress showing her the egg shell. She apologized and got confirmation from someone in the back to let me get some money taken off my bill. I won't be going back to this IHOP at this location ever again. I don't like seeing hair, egg shells, or anything else in my food that don't belong there. People are getting very sloppy at these fast food restaurants. I don't see them continuing the cleaning and wiping down of surfaces anymore. The Omnicron Virus is still here and some people think that things are back to normal...the jokes on you. I am going to try and cook more often and eat at home more. These fast food places are nasty, filthy dirty, and people working there are the same. No washing of hands, coughing over the food, talking and spit flying out of your mouth into the food...you get the picture. This place is a big NO for me.
I wasn't sure as it had been 22 years since (that i know of?...) I've been to IHOP. However it was 7pm and was very impressed with the spicy patty melt (jalapeno, grilled onions)...very nice onion rings as well..! One mild suggestion, since the entirety of the slightly tinted windows faces west, (they may have shades, but there were only 2 other full tables) which does nothing to block the piercing sun, i didn't ask...but i did as directly as possible insinuate that it was highly annoying. Other than that, and not remembering why i did not insist on drawing the shades, I'm sure they would have. After all, there is another room...very nice, i do remember excellent breakfast...back when they were open all night. Be cool if they still were...or will again.
Food was delicious. Service was terrible. I understand the waitress was tired and you guys are short staffed, but she didn't check on us once. After taking our order she disappeared, an entirely different waitress brought the food. No one checked to see if we wanted more drinks or to see if our food was ok, nothing. Waitress behind us checked on her tables at least 3 times. Finished eating, still no sign of our waitress. Bus boy came to take the dishes and she finally emerges, "Did you get your food yet?" Wow!!? Then we tried to pay so we could leave, she disappears again! Needless to say we won't be returning.
My husband and I dined in, in the late morning right as a rush started. Still with it being a rush and so little staff they were able to get us seated quickly also our order taken and food to us pretty fast!! Felt bad because our waitress have broken arm but she was still running around getting things taken care of!!!??☺️??

I would give a negative rating if there is any. Today (3/3/22) we went for breakfast in the morning. The waitress was extremely rude with no smile or greetings. She could not give an excuse that the restaurant is super busy as there was hardly 2/3 customer and almost empty. After that I asked a question about a menu what sides would come with it and she did not answer. Upon repeating it, she replied with rude manner. When she brought breakfast, she did not bring all the plates in a tray rather touching it with hand all the 3 plates ( I have never seen such thing in a restaurant). The hash brown was very cold, pancakes were just warm and does not feel tasty at all. Chicken strips were cold as well. When i asked for extra plates, she gave 2 plates which were not properly cleaned. Upon serving, she never followed up about the service. I am not sure if it is due to racial attitude. Big disappointment. I tried it in the past for online order and the food was cold as well. I am done with this restaurant and warning others to avoid this to save your money. People go to restaurant for good experience not to feel that someone is privileging. . Stay away from this place!!!!
The hostess was so incredibly polite, the cooks as well. Food was AMAZING and we even told the cooks how great the good was. Unfortunately our waitress was so incredibly rude. Didn't speak two words to my family and I, basically threw our food at us and our receipt. She made our experience horrible. Definitely needs better tablesode manner.
We choose to come here instead of the location on Woodward. It was the right decision!! Our waitress was knowledgeable and experienced. The cooks did a great job on our order. Even the bathroom was clean!
Was there today for lunch, my server was Desiray. Service was speedy & good attention to detail ( I used to be a server in my teens & I pay attention ) got the all you can eat pancake deal . Food was good & usual portions. We didn't want extra pancakes, but server was ready for the second plates.
