In downtown Troy, this Asian Fusion Mom & Pop is my new favorite work lunch place. You can get a quick to go lunch/dinner, or cook your own Hot ?Pot ? delight! ? Try the Saigon Seafood, 'cause the broth... amazing!

Best tasting food. And the care was really nice. U can get many flavors. They also have good affordable large portions for a great price.

Excellent dining experience.

Good selection of soup base can be refill for individual, single pot or dual pot. although it's quite pricey for small portions of meat and vegetables, could add more.

Excellent hot pot experience. We chose the chicken base broth and tried Dubai lamb as well as curry. All ingredients were fresh and tasty. My favorites were udon noodles, soft tofu, needle mushrooms. The waiter was knowledgeable and very helpful in walking us through the experience. I finished with the haikkado milk tea which was amazing.

The owner?/waiter was soo good and the food tasted amazing ? quality ingredients and probably one of the best broths I've had in a while. If you are planning to hangout with friends over food this is a great place to go!

Great staff. But this is not hot pot. There was a clump of pork(10 pieces stuck into one) in the soup. The only thing that was okay was the soup base. The wait was 45 minutes and I don't expect things to be like this

Extremely intense crafted hot pot experience. Great service ... The waitress we had was very helpful and engaging in helping us through. Though I had a Taiwan hot pot expert showing me the ropes it was nice to experience the helpful and friendly nature of a restaurant that really a wants you to enjoy and know what you're getting and how you can tailor it to suit you.

The place nice and beautiful inside. The hotpot was okay. The calamari little bit too cold it feel like it been cook for long time.

I really like the concept of the restaurant, and the vibe of the restaurant is nice. Sadly, I was disappointed when they bring out the food. Nothing like the photos, but the taste of the broth was ok tho, still expensive for what I got. Not too much meat and the slices were thick and chewy. I know I ordered a kimchi hot pot, but the amount of kimchi is insane, trying to find the meat is like diving into a treasure hunt. Moreover, the creamy white dipping sauce seem to be left outside for a while, or it just old. Me and my boyfriend got quite sick after left the restaurant.
