We hosted a Bachelorette Party Aug 6th. And our waitress was great very attentive and took really good care of us!

I will go back. The shrimp were excellent. The entrance to the GCFB was not travel friendly. There should be an entrance to the diner on the west most of W. Big Beaver. The address should be printed on the sign and the last street before you enter the I-75 freeway should instruct you to turn on Troy Center.

The waitstaff was sparse, so I can understand why we didn’t receive the attention I would have expected. I did, however expect a great experience, since the bubbly manager seated us and assured us that we would be taken great care of. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, fish & chips and French Onion soup which weren’t bad, but the remainder of our order was awful (tortilla chicken soup, Brussels sprouts). Their signature drink “The Flying Monkey” tasted like overly- sweetened, watered down strawberry lemonade. Our waitress never checked on us, until we finished the meal, and she never expressed any interest of being engaging; so her attentiveness was inferior. Overall, I’ll never return, and I’ll suggest others not to patronize this establishment.

Had some trouble getting ahold of ketchup for our burgers, but food and atmosphere was great! Probably noisier than usual due to a sports team having dinner. Slightly pricier than I expected, but not bad.

My wife and I made a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. We both had their Wednesday pasta special and it was delicious. Our Server was very prompt and brought us refills proactively. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend Granite City.

The staff was very nice and food came relatively fast!

Decent food at a reasonably fair price. Fries were well done and lightly seasoned. Chicken tenders were a little... stringy. My dining partners spicy chicken wrap was very good and hearty. Enjoyed trying a few different beers by purchasing a flight; good way to sample, as it was his first time at GC. Server was pretty good. Responded quickly to requests, was polite, friendly, and helpful. Only real complaint is that it was rather chilly in the restaurant, as observed by both myself and my guest. Unusual, but perhaps because we were one of the first customers for lunch, and lack of people in the dining area contribute to lower body heat?

Excellent and timely service. Food was only okay. Could be better. Will be back again.

Party of 8, took forever to get food, one of party members never received his food.

Super fatty bacon on the BLT. Yuck! The beer I had left a lot to be desired as well.
