If there is 000000 I would give it them. DO not order from that location, everyone at work told me do not order for them but I did indeed. The wrong order came and with Plastic in the middle of the rice. When I called the so called MANAGER kept talking about money, then gave me an attitude and hang up on MY FACE. This is the worst place ever ever you can go to. The higher managers needs to be aware of what’s going on there.

Grand Azteca Mexican restaurant ?????quality of the food - ? authentic Mexican food in town.service? friendly staff with smiley face. Server was awesome and came to our table several times and checking how good food and anything else.ambiance & cleanliness ? - you feel like you are in Mexico and ambiance made to great.Location ? long lake and Rochester and easy to find place and lot of parkingvalue for money? little pricey but you pay for the yummy food

Food was great! Our service was less than par. Two other servers tended to our needs better than our actual server. We will go back, because the food is good, but if our service is the same, we'll be looking for another Mexican restaurant to visit.

The food was good. The service was fair. Seems they raised their prices, since the last time I was here.(what restaurant hasn't). The date, however, didn't go so well( not the restaurant's fault, or mine-lol)

I love this place! There's great food and good service. I've been here several times and have never left displeased.

To-go 27oz Margarita is only about 19/20oz. There’s no way they don’t know this, the togo cups can’t even hold 27oz. I don’t like having to write this review because I really like the food and have eaten here many times. Dine in is always great. Take out is terrible. Food has been consistently cold. Last 3/4 times we’ve ordered enchiladas they were cold and cheese in the middle not melted. Today I ordered the burrito Azteca and it was cold.

Great food, good prices. Open late, so a nice pick if you end up looking for dinner later in the evening!

Great experience here. The waiters are fast and attentive. My food was quick and it was delicious. They did a great job. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for Mexican food that is quick for a sit down restaurant.

This was the worst Mexican food I’ve had in my life. I ordered enchiladas rojos - they had no flavor and barely any sauce. The rice and beans were bland. We ordered the #15 combination which was supposed to be a chalupa, a taco and a tostada. We got a soggy mess of what seemed to be three soft shell tacos rather than a chalupa which is crispy and fried and a tostada which comes on a hard tortilla. All three were lacking any flavor. Will never be back

Conveniently located with ample parking. The place is small, but cozy and has extremely attractive and colorful interior décor. The menu selections are quite extensive, as are the drinks from the bar. They even have a kids menu and a section in the menu for those that are not that familiar with Mexican food (burrito, enchilada, fajita, etc.) defining what they are. The prices are very reasonable and they give large portions of food with a lot of meat. The service is lightning fast and the staff really hustles to ensure you get what you need immediately. Ricardo, our waiter, was exceptional. There might be more "upscale" or "trendy" places around, but if you want a great Mexican meal at a great price, then this is it.
