We got endless compliments on how delicious everything was, and several guests even asked for the contact information for the bakery. Monica was very friendly and wonderful to work with. Absolutely the best desserts. They made our cupcakes for a shower and everyone wanted to know where they were from. The Bumpy cake ones were the best we've ever had. All from scratch. Highly recommend.

We went into this bakery for the 1st time to order a cake. My daughter loved this beautiful mum cake in the showcase. The mum covered the entire top of the cake. We ordered the EXACT cake with a chocolate HB sign disc in front. We were asked if we wanted glitter. Of course! The woman that assisted us was very nice.Then we got the cake. Heartbroken! - NOT what we ordered. A small unflattering flower in the middle which didn't even come close to the beautiful full size mum we all previously saw and ordered. 3 spots the size of my finger print of barely seen glitter and the chocolate disc was mildly cracked/ fixed on the cake.I called once I saw the cake - the woman whom decorated the cake answered the phone. I advised the cake we received is not what we ordered.Empathy and listening is what a customer wants in a situation like that. Not this lady- she couldn't stop herself from talking over me and ignoring my repeated requests to let me at least finish a sentence to even pretend she cared. She said she cannot help me if I don't bring the cake back in. Yeah...as if we had the time right before the party or the confidence she could fix it. This was not the nice woman we ordered the cake from.To top it off: The cake had such thick amounts of frosting. Everyone ate around it to get the small parts of actual cake you could eat. Never again.
