Horrible horrible service. We ordered food at 11:15 and by 1:15 we had left without ever receiving anything. Manager Jeremy and waitstaff consistently told us “15 more minutes… 5 more minutes” the entire time before finally saying “the kitchen lost your order” at 1pm right before we left. If it’s busy and food will take 2 hours then tell people so they aren’t wasting their day sitting in your restaurant. The food here is good but I’ll never go back.
Terribly terribly disappointed with my order of Chorizo omelette. I was excited and looking forward to it and didn't mind the long wait. It was all eggs, a couple slices of avocado and onions, thats all.
It is always a pleasure to dine at First Watch! This is my 1st time at this location and and the service was great. They were a little short staffed I was seated relatively quickly.The food was good but it did not taste like the other location but I guess that is to be expected when everything is made fresh.Overall I was very pleased! I would definitely return
My daughter took me here this morning for my first visit. Our waitress, Tracy was sweet, friendly, very helpful and overall awesome!!!The menu offers many choices. It was hard to choose because everything sounded fabulous. The breakfast was delicious!I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
This is one of our favorite breakfast restaurants. To start, they have a yummy morning meditation drink. It's healthy, yet flavorful (you can get it with or without vodka like a twist on a mimosa). Rick's favorite breakfast is a carnitas breakfast burrito and I love the chickachanga. I'm leaving a picture attached to this review so you can see mine before I dove in. I didn't get a picture of Rick's before he took his first bite, sorry, but he did reveal to me it was delish!! If you like spicy bacon, try the million dollar bacon, it's pretty good, but we only get it every once in a while because it has a lot of sugar. We highly recommend visiting here. Tip: load their app and get in line before you go. Worth it! Go and enjoy an amazing breakfast and let us know what you had and if you liked it.

So happy we stumbled in this place for midday brunch the food was absolutely delicious the service was stellar. Even though there was a wait we were city quite quickly. I definitely suggest this restaurant for great food great service!!! Kelly was our server and the manager was for helpful make sure everyone was served timed and tables were clean:)
Four of us went to lunch at the Maple and Coolidge location yesterday. The place was not full. We ordered and and it took one hour to get our food. Then they brought out three of the four orders and the fourth wasn't brought out until the other three were done with their meals. The waitress kept coming by saying we would have our food a minute. She wore her mask below her nose which is terrible.This was really a terrible experience. I would not recommend this restaurant under any circumstances. It is very poorly run. I would give zero stars if the app would let me.12/02/21First Watch did reach out to me and reimburse me for the bad experience I described above. I have since visited the Royal Oak location and it was very good. It will be a while before I return to the Troy Somerset Location
My favorite brunch place! Fresh, well-prepared, absolutely delicious food. Friendly and efficient staff who give excellent service with a smile.Shout out to Chef Ashley and Hosts/Waiters Angie, Gail, Lindsey, Ryan, and Lupe!
