The store manager is disrespectful. All other staff was polite. The overall experience was acceptable for my daughter, but the manager himself probably hates his life.
We go to the Troy location because it’s a bigger location, clean, and my daughter enjoys it. However, we do not like going there because of customer service. Some of the employees are so rude. When we did the survey about our experience, we got harassed by the manager which made me very uncomfortable. He was arguing in front of my daughter, causing her to cry and us leaving. And what’s worse, he claimed it was a racial issue. Had NOTHING to do with his race, it was his attitude. What was suppose to be a nice family day turned into a terrible experience. Sadly, another manager is standing right next to him letting him carry on his rant because he didn’t like I did the survey and left honest feedback. Never again will we return to this location,Not ever!!! The manger was wrong and handled the situation very poorly. Surveys are there for customers to give feedback, regardless positive or negative. It’s a reflection of our experience. This experience caused me to cancel my daughters upcoming party. Will not return again. If the bad attitude starts with the manager, of course it Carrie’s throughout the staff. And if CEC corp allows there employees to harass customers this way, then it’s an establishment we no longer need to support. So sad to have such a terrible experience in a kid friendly place.
Ken was attentive, courteous and friendly. I purchased the summer special because I had 6 grands. This place was clean,friendly, courteous. The chicken & pizzas were GREAT!Thanks to the entire staff.
This is the place where the young lose their minds. Kids have a great time. Bring your best purse, because these prices will shock the money right out of it. One pizza with boneless wings and four drinks was over the fifty mark. Glad I don't have to do this often....
I iust went in and I order some food that my kids could not eat.After 45 minutes of waiting the wings came cold and spicy.They would not do right by us and make them plain ,they would not return the order or give us something differ.The manager Ken was not helpful basically took my food and said he cannot do nothing.After two years of pandemic and not visiting this place I returned to this place so and I found this place doesn’t value their customers.You will not get my business again.Shame on you!
Only rating it 5 stars because it was clean and staff was friendly. However Chuck e. Cheese has gone downhill. We love the unlimited play but you hardly win any tickets and the the prizes are absolutely horrible. My daughter was 2 tickets short of 500 and they wouldn't round up, how silly. Just go to Dave and Busters. Your child will actually leave with cool prizes they like.
If you like having your child set an unattainable goal (top shelf, 8000 ticket toy) only to work all night (wait we have only been here for 30 minutes?!) and fall so far short of that goal, they get to select one piece of candy, then this place is for you!My 2 year old freaked out every time we turned on one of the cars. 5 year cried the entire time about above-mentioned unattainable toy. Both loved the terrifying mechanical Chuck E Cheese. Were terrified of the cute actual Chuck E Cheese.This place confirms what we always knew, all fun ends in crying. But here it started and continued as so.In fairness, the place was clean, safe, and most kids were having fun. Hence the 5 stars.
So this was my son 2nd time ever here. And he really enjoyed himself. We went early. At the time only another family was there and workers. Well one of the workers was separating chicken in the play area with no gloves and was touching other stuff. So I didnt order chicken. I got some pizza and salad bar.
Fun place to be to celebrate birthday or just play around. Pizzas are quite tasty here.
I love taking my daughter to Chuck E Cheese. It gives us something fun to look forward to every once in a while. This particular facility is clean and welcoming. The staff are always nice .
