They give so small portions even my 10 year old remains hungry with a full burrito bowl. This my last time visiting in this store. Generally I am so impressed with Chipotle. But now I will try to avoid.
This restaurant serves food that is designed to be forced into your mouth either in handheld form or loaded in with a utensil. This is how they intend for you to eat so therefore this is how they serve you the food. Taste and presentation are mere afterthoughts. Take some pride in what you are making and actually listen to the customer when they ask for something, or nothing. Imagine you are the one trying to eat the hulking monstrosity of a burrito that you served. And then ask how can I improve on this process. After you have taken sufficient time in quiet contemplation, let me know and I might return. Until then, I will find sustenance elsewhere.That is all.
I hate chipotle. But love it. You know? Their takeout is so incredibly inconsistent- it has me coming back in hopes of a correct, full-bowl order. I can’t recommend but I also wouldn’t discourage you from going- you know what I mean??
Employees were arguing with each other over a big order, which made it uncomfortable. LITERALLY VERBALLY ATTACKING EACH OTHER. Let me just say customer service was non-existent at this Chipotle. Guy who made our food was wearing sunglasses and an old durag. Is there really a need for sunglasses inside? My guess is this place is the reason why my stomach was upset for 2 days. Won't be eating here again
The service that I received was excellent. I observed the young lady helping me sanitize her hands and then going to get gloves before taking my order that is a big plus for me because not everyone takes cleanliness serious enough. She then made my bowl with care and I appreciate that. She was also very patient with me because I was being pretty extra about what I wanted but she stayed kind unlike a lot of these fast food workers. There was no signs of an attitude which I usually get when I'm being very particular about what I want. Also the food taste better than any other Chipotle that I've had I'm going to make this my new regular Chipotle. I give them 2 thumbs up ????
This location was my least favorite. That has recently changed after the new addition of a wonderful employee named Gabe. Anytime he’s working the line flows so fast. He is everywhere needed so there’s never a slow down. Love his work ethic and he genuinely deserves a raise! Kudos to you sir
Do not use this Chipotle. Walked in to put in order. Was told that I have to order online. I said "so your saying instead of just taking my order, I have to get my phone out, download the app and put in the order? He said, "yes, but you have to go out side to do it, not in the restaurant." What!!!!?Anyway, put in my order and waited. After 15 minutes, I asked if it was close to being ready. They said they were shot handed but its taking 15-20 minutes. I counted 6 people working there. I don't know how many it takes to run a Chipotle but 6 didn't seem bad to me.Fast forward another 15 minutes (30 total now), still no order. Asked the guy again. His response "I don't know man. Were really behind." I left.This place is a joke!!!
Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. This location will literally rob you if you order online. The bowl in the picture is how they prepared it… I did not eat from it. That’s double protein by the way.

I ordered two bowls and a kid meal from there yesterday. Even though there were 3 employees in the store, there was a lot of people waiting for their order . I ordered half an hour before and still have to wait for 5 mins in the store. I don’t mind all those except the food tasted horrible. The rice was totally uncooked . It was uncooked brown rice! I couldn’t eat it. The fajita veggies were not cooked as well. Just some raw onions and raw peppers which didn’t even tasted fresh, and they didn’t add sour cream to both orders. I didn’t get kids drink with the meal as well. I will never go back to this location anymore.
