After spending $20 to get a salad you would think the least they can do is get your order right. My sauces were missing out of my bag for my salad. I’m a nursing student so leaving the campus to go correct an order isn’t feasible. I wasted my $20 and I’m so annoyed ?
I ordered fries on their mobile app. My card was charged and the app said they were making it, then it froze. I waited for 30 min until an employee would help me. Then i was told they didn’t have my order, and even though I showed them the charge on my card, they couldn’t give me my order without a receipt from the app which was frozen on my phone. This i wouldn’t have had a problem with, as it’s not the employees fault . But I was over talked and treated very rudely by the employees during this process. Eventually, after asking for a manager several times, I was able to speed to a manger who found my order and re-entered it. All in all, I waited about 50 min for an order of fries.
Always have had a good experience here ,even with "long" lines they still expedite the process as fast as possible and the food is great everytime. Tried the grilled chicken bites for the first time and they were pretty good!
Great service and tasty food but what else would you expect from Chick-fil-A. Pro Tip: Order in their App prior to arriving and you'll skip most of the line.

The app is great! I always order when I'm almost done shopping and the food is always good and accurate. I usually order for 6-8 people. The staff is friendly too, thanks Chick-fil-A!
Chick-fil-A is always awesome. The chicken is not nearly as seasoned as Popeye's or KFC but it has its own flavor. And their macaroni and cheese is to die for. Is the closest any Fast food restaurant comes to making soul food macaroni and cheese
Foods very good, while they definitely try to move you along I don't much care for the wait. Almost feel like I'd rather spend the same amount to a sit down dinner!
Food is on par with all Chick-fil-A experiences I've had. This location is in a tough spot being IN the mall (3rd floor). The main downside is that it's very busy. I ordered from the app and that was definitely the right choice - my food was basically ready as soon as I walked up. Meanwhile, there was over 20 people waiting in line to put their orders in.
