Placed an online order for Mother’s Day for curbside pickup and I get to the restaurant, waited in my car which is what they say to do for CURBSIDE and NO employee ever came out, I then tried calling the restaurant to let someone know I was here and low and behold their phones either don’t work or their employees love to hang up on people! I really wish that some ounce of customer service can resume because at this point restaurants and customer service are completely gone! Way over priced for the headache their choice in staff caused! Waist of time and money, find a better restaurant if you want to be treated like a decent person PAYING for a service!
Christian and Nancy were assisting us for the evening. Party of 16... And did a great job keeping everything organized. They were very friendly the food was great too. Drinks a bit weak.. but other than that, great experience.

This is my favorite restaurant chain, but this location fell short. We actually choose the hotel we stayed at because it was walking distance to this restaurant. Our meal on Thursday was great. Went back Friday night (had the same meal) and my wife had something different, and it was so disappointing. I ate 1/3 of my meal and my wife literally had 4 bites of hers and that was quits for us. My meal was partially made wrong, and her meal has disgusting. I complained to the server about my meal, and she did offer to have the kitchen fix it, but I NEVER send food back. My wife complained to Elizabeth, and was offered to have another meal made, but again, we don't send food back. Once your disappointed in a meal, there isn't going to be a second chance (in my opinion). We paid the $75.00 bill (no discount offered and we did leave a good tip for the server) and left.

My family ate at Carrabbas in Troy and it was very good. I had the lamb chops and it came with two sides. The lamb chops were excellent. The flavor was on point and cooked medium well as I requested. Oh and the price was reasonable. The salad and spinach and bread was very good. My two year old was able to get grilled chicken. I wish more places served healthy food to the kids (kids menu). I will try another Carrabbas hoping for the excellent taste. I look for consistency in the food preparation. If I have to I will drive 30 miles to Troy. Our waiter was attentive—Good service.
This place is so good and accommodating. Our server this past visit was so caring and went the extra step to get sharing plates for my kiddos and anything else we needed. We haven't been out much due to the pandemic and it was refreshing to be out and they were perfect for this visit out.
First time going. On a walk-in. On Valentine’s Day! Still was perfect . We waited less than 15 minutes, it wasn't super crowded, and our food assistant (Kathy) was awesome. Although they were out of a few items, the appetizers and meals we ordered were delicious. So great job to everyone in that building who made it all [email protected]
I enjoyed my time here sitting at the bar. The food and drinks were delicious. I had grilled chicken breast, mashed potatoes and broccoli. I ate my food so fast that I didn't get a chance to take pictures! The berry sangria is always a good choice to have that isn't too strong, but gives a nice buzz. The Troy location is by far the best ??
The experience started off poor but was made up for by a great manager who knows how to be proactive in handling issues (unfortunately did not get her name) and a great server Alex. Although sometimes poor experiences happen, the manager was quick to acknowledge and fix the problem. We ultimately ended up with the kind of service we have come to expect from this restaurant, and a delicious meal as well. To that manager thank you for being proactive and making sure your guests are taken care of. I wish I had gotten your name.
