A little bit of a wait for a good meal! The order taker was timely and polite. I wish I had the receipt to give a more detailed review, but whoever was working July 17th, 2022 around 2pm was great.
What an unfortunate experience! After going inside the empty dining hall, we were greeted with such rude and annoyance from the employees. The inside of the dining hall was unhygienic with trash still left on the tables. Also, they gave us the wrong order and stated that the wrong order was our fault. Never coming back here again and will contact the health and sanitary agency.
Ordered multiple fish sandwiches today and 2 order of chocolate chip cookies. The lady that gave us the fish sandwiches gave us the nastiest look while she handed us our orders. She didn’t even return the thank you. On top of all these, they charged me for 2 order of cookies but only gave me 1 order. Will I be going back here? Absolutely not and I hope no one gives a place like this their service.
I ordered about 40$ worth of food for mylittle kids and there friends for an event. I realized my order was extremely incorrect when I arrived at my children's event. I called the location SEVERAL times and even left a voicmail like it instructed me to do and never received a call back. 90% of the food I purchased went to waste in the trash because it was not food that the little kids eat hence not what I ordered.. as a single mother today 40$ in fast food to go in the trash is not acceptable and the fact that I could not get any response or customer service is even worse. This location will never get my $ again
Snotty little cashier lady hates her job. And nobody hardly here yet food took forever. Avoid if possible unless drive thru, bc they prioritize drive-thru and the lady is slow or something. Constantly mad.
I love Burger ? king I had their junior whopper and it was pretty good ?? I always get that meal and I will order that again for sure ?? it's my favorite
If u go in the morning, and that Asian lady isn’t there….. just leave. Nothing’s going to happen…. You’ll miss your birthday waiting on the black people in there. They’ll just stand there and act like u don’t exist. Replace it with a savvy sliders, smh
After ignoring me at the order window, while repeatedly asking if anybody was there, the order taker came back just to be rude to me after a period of time. When I went to pull away there was literally only 1 car in line & said order-taker was literally sitting there doing nothing. She told me she "needed as minute" with attitude in her voice, as she's sitting there staring off blankly into space. This woman would literally rather chase off customers than do her job! Very dissatisfactory.
1 star is being generous sat at drive thru over 5 minutes no one said a word pull around to window to ask if speaker not working lady was rude said they only had 2 people working can only tale 2 orders at a time then tells me she couldn't take my order she only takes money I understand you may not have workers but it only takes a second to say I'll be with you in a moment this store is absolutely horrible don't waste your time here unless you plan on sitting in drive thru 20 minutes or longer
They can't take a drive thru order because they're short staffed but can keep the dining room open with no one in it. BK can't be fixed - just close permanently and make room for another restaurant.
