At the end of the day, I'm one of those who believes that the Whopper is America's best franchise burger. And the 'flame broiled' smell which assails your nostrils when as you approach the building is magical all by itself!
Online order only on the evening 7/6/22. They got the order correct and they were nice.
Yesterday, I met this amazing young woman name Ann with amazing taste like her music her, her nails, everything it was really busy yesterday but she took care of me and talked to me she was really funny the cars behind her were b words but she still managed to help me she deserves a raise! like now please give her a raise or I will never come to this store again I hope I see her back there if not I’ll never come back here.
I asked for a receipt and the employee said they threw it away. I asked can you please reprint the receipt and they said they could not reprint the receipt, which is most certainly a lie. All cash registers today, especially computerized ones, can reprint receipts when a purchase was just made. Receipts for the prior transaction can be printed even when an order is being fulfilled for another customer. For all legal transaction you need proof of purchase and a receipt represents a bonafide contract in case liability concerns need representation.
The giant sign on the window says "dine in. We are open". The small sign on the door tells you that you're not welcome inside.
I went there today, the girl at the drive thru seem to be having a conversation with another employee about my order using very vulgar language, wasn't just once but three times. I heard the entire conversation thru the drive thru speaker. I cancelled my order. Not sure if I even wanted to chance eating that food after what I heard. I pulled out of the drive thru line. As I was leaving the parking lot when what looked to be the actual manager leaned out the drive thru window and screamed a few more vulgar sentences towards me and told me not to return. Trust me I won't. Tried to call the store manager from the parking lot but was met with a busy signal for 45 minutes. I called the corporate office and spoke with Samantha about this incident. I will update if and when I hear back from the owner as promised. For now until they get that staff straightened out I would not trust visiting this location anytime soon.
Mary, the lady working at the window was most irritated when I placed my order. She failed to get the entire order firstly. She ignored me when I asked for two double whoppers. The first was with extra cheese, only the sandwich. My gf was in the car and heard me clearly say to Mary "I would ALSO like another double whopper with extra cheese, onions and pickles with a large sprite." ALSO in the English language indicates something in addition. My ALSO was not acknowledged. Instead Mary misunderstood and sighed loudly as she thought I had changed my mind and ruined her life because I suddenly wanted a meal. I had asked for two whoppers, one of which was just the sandwich. The other was a full meal with extra onions, cheese and pickles. She asked me with great tiredness in her voice if I only wanted onions cheese and pickles on the SECOND whopper. Remember I said extra, which implies that I still want everything included with the whopper but extra cheese, onions and pickles. After that disaster, I pulled up and paid. Mary promptly thrusted my drink at me after running my card. She then didnt wait for me to roll down my window ( which I rolled up as I was cold) before thrusting the bag at me. I only discovered after pulling away I had been shorted a burger due to her terrifyingly atrocious listening skills and did not want to come back to sit through the same trainwreck I had to endure moments before. I simply went to another location where they were a million times more polite and listened to my order carefully. I had to pay a second time to get my girlfriend's meal because Mary wasn't having it today.I've seen teenagers half her age smile and be very kind and compassionate despite having a line of cars into the street at peak times. Clearly Mary is not cut out for such an "easy" job that clearly anyone can work. Maybe she should work a desk job where she can be as rude and sigh as many times as she likes. Perhaps the secretary of state. Would give negative or zero stars if that was possible
The whopper melt was the size of a whopper jr. it had barely any sauce or grilled onions on it and was rather dry. You’d think the most perplexing part would be the fact it’s called a whopper but is the size of a whopper junior but no. It was the fact it had two slices of unmelted cheese on it but it’s called a melt.The location itself rushed us along with our order giving us no time to look at the menu. We received no receipt and they forgot to give us one of our drinks. I’ll never return. Burger King in general is usually a disappointment but my wife likes it ?♂️
The worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. The workers are very rude and are always rushing you. The night crew workers were literally smoking weed inside the store, yelling and screaming and coughing all around the food. I see so many negative reviews for this location and it’s sad they haven’t done anything to fix it. Highly disappointed and disgusted in this location. Very poor custom service and lack of respect for their customers
Honestly if you’re looking for late night grub this is the place. Start off by saying the night crew that works here is always so kind and friendly which you don’t see normally at other fast food joints. Food quality is always good as well. Bought like 5 items ala carte and it was $8…is Burger King inflation proof???
