This place is amazing. We took our two girls in they loved it. The place is super fun for a few pictures. The best and most unique donuts I’ve ever had. The Drink menu is incredible. But the best part of all was the service! They were so nice!! They explained everything and treated our girls so good. We will definitely be back here. Just go there, you’ll love it!!!!
My experience was nice. Although, i did go on low traffic time. The worker was nice and greeted me when I went inside. She had me select my donuts first and then told me i had to pay at the kiosk. It didn't bother me like other people are saying it did them. They do sell bubble tea too! Anyway, there are a few IG photo spots inside which makes it fun. Not a lot of seating if you go on a high traffic day/weekend. 3 donuts are about $7.50, yes these little things are expesnive but realize they aren't your typical yeast donut. They are made a certain way with a certain flour. It's a novelty donut. Not a bring these for the entire office donut. So yes, I will return.
This place is absolutely amazing! The food: 10/10. The drinks: 10/10. The only thing “bad” thing is that it only takes credit, not cash. There is a variety of Mochi Donuts that you can eat and drinks you can buy. I got the box of 6 mochi donuts with two taro, two black sesame, and two green matcha (I think). They were all really good. The black sesame one is definitely for those who like less sweet things. The drinks are absolutely amazing! I tried the Signature Milk Tea and it was delicious. Also, there isn’t any sizing on the online menu, but there is a large and small. I ordered the small. Additionally, the actual place is super aesthetic. You can take some very good photos there.
Make sure you know what you want before you enter. Only way to order is on two big tablets on the wall, if there are more than two or three people waiting it takes forever.Ordering isn't intuitive and the staff do not have the ability to change an order after it is made. We were upsold on additional donuts but the server couldn't actually give us the donuts until we got back in line and completed another order.The donuts were good but unless you're the only one in the place and know exactly what you want, be prepared for a slow experience and not the most helpful staff.
I had a super nice experience coming here. I am aware that you can only order through a machine and it would be nice if there was the option of doing the payment process through a person as some people prefer it that way.Being said that, I love how much detail was put in this place! I was going just for a bubble tea and ended up buying a box of mochi donuts because the look so cute and are delicious.I also like that you can adjust the sugar level in your drink. That is always a plus for me.I will definitely come back!
This is a cute little place that reminded me of Chinatown in Houston (aka Bellaire to my hometown folks)! The mochi donuts were very good with an interesting selection of flavors, and the milk tea was also solid! A little sweet for my taste, but I’ll just order less sweet next time. I’ll be bringing my gf to check this place out next time!
Cute little IG spot! Our first time here and first time to try mochi donuts. Super good! We had the Black Sesame, Taro and Cinnamon.. they did not disappoint and not that sweet too! For sure there is a second time to try their bubble tea!
I swung by around 7:00p and had a great experience after shopping. Staff was friendly and the donuts and bubble tea were delicious. I got a taro and strawberry donuts that seemed fresh (I’ve never had mochi donuts before though) and the tapioca pearls were nice and chewy, no hard or clumps of pearls. Cute and sturdy packaging for the tea and the donuts. They now have two kiosks and I did not have to wait long for my order, there were at least two employees fulfilling orders. I would definitely recommend and will treat myself again there. Not a long
Place was recommended by sister-in-law. I regret coming here.We were one of two customers in. Staff was right there but was required to use a big wall tablet to order. Didn’t help that staff kept messing up the order of the guy ahead of us and had to redo it, and also kept asking him questions about his order. Maybe have the option to just place the order with the actual person next time?Two drinks and 3 donuts took 15-20mins.I had the brown sugar milk tea w/ konjac jelly. Developed a bad stomachache afterwards (last food was 3pm, had the milk tea and donut around 6pm, no other food intake afterwards, just filtered water). It’s been horrible for the past 5hrs, stomachache going away just now.Never going back. I do NOT recommend places that may give me food poisoning.
Delicious! Both the donuts and drinks are great. I ordered 6 donuts and a Taro Bubble tea. Although I had to wait 45 minutes for my donuts, they were well worth it. They were made fresh and tasted phenomenal.The staff was extremely friendly despite some customers being aggravated due to the wait. Would absolutely recommend and will be coming back for more!
