I should have read reviews before I came here. It was bad. NEVER GOING BACK. The fries were sitting there and the girl working there was talking really loud, and I wanted to get a new set of fries. I didn’t want to eat fries that was sitting up and she was talking really loudly to it. Of course, she complained so that everyone can hear that I asked for the new set of fries. There are many other better restaurants out there and I would not recommend here. Arby’s corporation should read all the reviews below and they should close this location.
This is by far the best Arbys in the area. Every time I come here (usually drive through) I get a clear communication and they understand my order. I ordered the chicken fingers and asked them to drop them fresh in the fryer (I know it is about a 5 minute wait). I got the combo with a diet Dr Pepper and Krinkle fries. I also asked for Horsey Sauce and the square bar-b-que sauce. I parked in the "Thank You" waiting spot and they brought the food to my car when ready. The chicken fingers were hot, fresh flavorful and juicy. The french fries were cooked to perfection and hot fresh and very good. I had my correct sauces and the diet Dr Pepper was of the right flavor mixture and had the appropriate amount of ice. I go here often and the meals are always perfect. I really appreciation the employees dedication to quality food and customer service. My Highest Recommendation and Thanks!
Started charging extra dollar per order during happy hour (2-5)Also they try to short change me at drive thru
1. Forgot my horsey sauce after I asked 3 times for it (once in the drive through, twice at the window) which is no big deal, they’re short staffed I get it2. I paid with cash and there was a gentleman working the drive through window at about 12:10 on 05/27/2022 who shorted me my change by $1 which is no big deal, I asked him to fix his mistake which he did by pulling out a wad of singles from his pocket and handing me one almost immediately stating he probably did short me $1 and he didn’t want to open the drawer again. It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way how he reacted, leading me to believe He may be pocketing some of the customers change. Always double check your change at this location. I called the manager and she refused to give me her name, she was rude, but understandable she is short staffed. The manager didn’t seem concerned that her employee was possibly stealing change from customers. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
This is the nastiest sandwich I ever purchased I came through the drive-thru around 6:30 order two combos w/Mellow Yellow pop pay almost 20 bucks for this food I will never ever go to this Arby's again I believe they made my sandwiches nasty on purpose look at the sandwiches I live so far from this restaurant I would never go here again all I can say is thank God they were not for me
I use to work at an arbys in my youth and I can tell you this one clearly doesn’t care for quality of their food. I usually order mozzarella cheese sticks from Arbys. I’ve come here three times since it’s the closest to my house but I usually will drive down to the one on Mound because they always make my food fresh. The first time I came here a couple months ago I ordered a 6 piece and I can tell that the Mozzarella cheese they gave me were sitting out for awhile and I had to throw them away because they became stale. I called to let them know that they gave me stale cheese sticks and if they could please replace it. They said they would so I came back the next day and the people who were working at the cashier argued with me about it saying that they never got my call nor would they replace my food so I had to show her my phone with the transaction of the purchase and eventually they remade fresh ones for me. That happened a couple months ago so I decided to give them one more try today but They gave me Mozzarella Cheese Sticks that they obvious reheated and put back in the frier after they have been sitting out for awhile. My best advice is to avoid this one and go to the one on mound.

Went at 4am due to the this specific location being open from midnight-8pm. All lights were off and clearly closed. The business hours on Google were updated by the specific store 2 weeks ago
I ordered 2 chicken wraps and when I opened the first one I found long hair inside of the wrap. So drove back to the them and asked for the replacement for both wrap but they refused my request and replaced only one. They were so unkind to the customer
I ordered the crispy chicken salad that I love!! I always order it with extra chicken and bacon. I’ve only been to this location twice and both times the bowl they put it in isn’t even full?? They up charge me for the extra meat but can’t even give me a full salad?? I won’t be going to this branch again!!!
