I ordered delivery online for later in the day. As soon as I placed the order, Amar Pizza called to tell me they don’t deliver. I then asked for the order to be cancelled to which they said ok. At 5 pm, I received notification from Slice, the delivery app, that my order was on its way. I called Amar and they said I didn’t cancel. I said I talked to someone earlier and cancelled. They then told me they could not refund me, only Slice could. I contacted Slice and they told me they couldn’t refund me since Amar said the order wasn’t cancelled. So I received pizza I no longer wanted and didn’t eat and lost a good amount of money since I ordered 2 pizzas, bread, and sauce. I will never order from here again.
The Most delicious pizza around Troy.. Must try there veg pizza with panner if you are around Detriot area. Cheese and veggies was so fresh … very freindly staff ?
Only tried the pizza here, and it was terrible. One of the pizzas was missing the topping I ordered. Both pizzas were undercooked with dough in the center. Got to say, this was my first time to pickup pizza and drive back home without smelling the pizza while driving. I am giving 2 stars because they did refund and apologize about it
Terrific pizza, the dough is the best feature it is soft, airy on the inside, good crunch on the exterior. Their naga is spectacular. My one wish is the chicken topping used is a bit fresher, it can be dry, hit or miss. Otherwise highly recommend.
By far the best pizza in metro Detroit. The Chicken tandoori is the perfect blend of flavors. It’s mind blowing how good it is. I would drive from Bloomfield hills to Detroit to get this pizza but then found out they had a Troy location. So happy!
Great Food! Only complaint was that the person who took my order over the phone was very rude. He also seemed like he didn’t want to work there. However, the person who greeted me in the front was very nice!
Well, I used to like Amar Pizza from Hamtramck for years. They used to make almost perfect product and cared about customers. Nowadays, their food quality degraded from best to worst. Ordered a pizza ? from their Troy location last Saturday and it was horrible. Pizza dough was undercooked, it was raw flour. Yakk. It was a total disaster, such a waste of money and also driving 10 miles to get there. I don't mind getting my pizza from legendary Pizza hut or Dominos but went there because of my family who always wants halal and deshi pizza. Lesson learnt. I'm done with their overrated pizza. Finally, it happens only when a business doesn't care about customers and as a result makes terrible food, thinking they will get enough customers eventually because of community. If in case the owner has any doubt about this accusation, contact me immediately. I ready to provide any evidence needed but it has to be public.
Great pizza no question about it, just at my end wished they had more cured meats….the menu is geared towards kitchen
I usually only order pizza from this location, but I must say it's the one of the best square pizzas around. It's consistently good and the employees are great to deal with.
If you like Jet’s, you’ll love this place. Flavors are much better, and the pizza is not greasy, so it doesn’t make me feel sick, after.
