Food doesn't look fresh and it looks like they are at least a day old food left at room temperature. You can see that the edges of meat and rice are dried out. All food is served not up to the proper temperature. Refried beans are very runny. Despite all that, flavors are good. Potential is there but the overall execution is just not good enough for you to enjoy a good meal there.
I randomly ended up here a few years back and had some amazing simple authentic Mexican food. Every time I’ve had a reason to be in the traverse city area since then I’ve tried to pop in but missed out. Well today was the day. I bought enough food for a family of four for just me and my wife. There was too much that was too good. Plus i will have plenty for tomorrow. But right know I am knocked out. Immobile. Highest recommendation.
These are the best tacos in TC, and we have eaten in a lot of restaurants. We love that we live just down the road! The food is authentic, fresh great flavors. They also have great burritos, that are huge! And the TC Latino torta is a delicious sandwich with a lot of meat and avocado.
We’ve been coming here for years and years. We always love the staff who greet us and help us order food but Xochit has been our favorite. She truly cares about her customers and is amazing every time we come in, which is weekly. The food is always so fresh and she takes the extra steps to make you want to keep coming back. The tamales, tacos and short rib plate are must haves and the beans are the best around.

We are major foodies so we basically ordered one of everything we thought sounded good lol we were not disappointed! This place has the BEST authentic Mexican meals. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed every single bite!
Most definitely the best Mexican food in TC!!!!! Never been disappointed with their food or service. If you are looking for the most authentic Mexican cuisine in the area, you can't get any better than Taqueria TC Latino!!! My favorites are the flautas & the tamales veracruzano!!!
AMAZING. Absolutely amazing authentic food. Small and quaint and easy to drive right past….but you’d be a fool to do that. I would drive an hour out of my way to eat here again!!
This is a really solid taco place and pretty much about as good as you will get in northern Michigan. The asada and barbacoa tacos are pretty good and so is the lengua. My favorite is the chorizo. The people are really nice and the prices are low. In Arizona this would be an average taco shop, but that is really high praise in northern Michigan.
