Food was exactly as it should be at a Taco Bell, fresh and well prepared. Counter folks were pleasant and helpful. Dining room was a bit of a mess... not one clean table to be found, and trash containers overflowing. My guess is they're suffering from a shortage of workers, as is typical right now unfortunately. I suggest you get your food to go.
I used to love this place back I’m 2017 but now they have just went down hill. And yeah sure ever since the pandemic I’ve tried to be forgiving and understanding however at this point it has gotten so ridiculous.It’s one thing if they made a mistake once I’m a blue moon but every and I do mean EVERY single time I go there. They mess up my order by either putting a wrong ingredient to just plain not giving a food item. I am beyond fed up wasting gas and money at this establishment and will never ever return again.
Food is not made properly, it's tossed together and thrown out the window. I wonder if there is a manager there, Christmas Eve we went right before closing and it was probably everything they were about to toss in tacos and quesadillas with unbelievable amounts of sauces and sour creams it wasn't even eatable, my son's cheesy roll ups had all kinds of stuff in it. This location is the worst.
IT IS AMAZING THAT TRAVERSE CITY IS HOME TO THE WORSE TACO BELL IN THE COUNTRY. IT IS QUITE A BIG ACHIEVEMENT IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT! IF YOU WANT EMPLOYEES WITH HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND YOUR MEAL TO BE WRONG 100% OF THE TIME, THIS IS YOUR PLACE BECAUSE THEY HAVE IT DOWN! YES ALL CAPS BECAUSE THEY EARNED IT!
Upset because this is the closest Taco Bell to me and every single time I come here something is missing or very poorly done. All burritos are wrapped the exact same with no marking as to which is which and makes it hard to pass out the correct food without ripping open the burrito first, Cinnamon twist rarely make it into my bag and I just stopped and ordered 5 chips and cheese and the cups of cheese were bearly half full and some only had a quarter of the cup. I paid for 3 extra cups of cheese and only got 1, wouldn't have been so upset if the cups had a a nice amount but put it all together and its not even enough for the 5 packs of chips.
Waited 20 mins in line to be told all the stuff they don't have sourcream tomatoes Chulupa freeze drinks what pop they didn't have etc.. so I didn't order and had to wait to get out of line. This isn't the first time hint why I'm leaving a review. Place is a hot mess aka not covid fault. Been going down for awhile. I've always had issues there now I'm done going. Best of luck to others. Bring back the good stuff tacobell. The people there doing their job sounds like corporation needs to get thier stuff together
Entire order was wrong...not the first time... spend 30 dollars for a bag of hot sauce and whatever they feel like putting in the ole bag...
Ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito without the rice, usually it’s the exact same thing just missing the rice, ended up getting a bean burrito with unmelted cheese and onions, I can’t have onions and didn’t realize until I had already taken a bite, ended up using my epidural pen. Also ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla and got bones, grizzle, and the cheese wasn’t even melted even a tiny bit, the shell was just very slightly toasted, not happy at all.
Longest wait I've ever been through of all time. Don't come here during busy hours - you will wait in line upwards of 20 minutes to be greeted to "just a moment please", another 5 minutes of someone squelching the mic on and off again over and over, and then when you get your food it's cold. Likely due to understaffing or the staff is high, and not in quantity.
Food was poorly made. My soft taco had 2 strands of lettuce and almost no meat. It was all tortilla. And the rest of the food was slopped together like they did not care 4 meals thrown in one bag smashed.
