Mansion grinders are way better than subway
Placed a pick up order and they got it totally wrong. Ordered a steak sandwich and got a chicken sandwich, ordered a sub with specific items on it and got everything but the items ordered. The only thing they got right was the small cheese pizza. What is really amazing is the ticket on the outside of the bag was right.

Went in and it wasn’t busy at all, the girls there were complaining the whole time (I get it food service sucks) but don’t complain when a customer is right in front of you. The two girls proceeded to make rude remarks about the previous customer and then after they were done talking they finished my sub. I asked for Italian and the girl gave me Parmesan vinaigrette instead. As she dumped it on my sandwich without even asking if that was okay instead she remarked, “last night a lady tried this and said it was disgusting, like ewwwww”. It felt like two random people were picked off the street and given subway shirts without any guidance or training. This is my second time coming here and I can say with confidence it’s my last. I feel badly for anyone who comes here because the employees are rude, inappropriate, loud, and have no respect.In around 3:30pm on November 3rd (Wednesday)
Did not do anything I told them to do on my sub asked for little lettuce got 2 hand full asked for cheese got 2 pinchs and when I asked for them to take of the lettuce they said no and closed sub dont go here
Low effort but didn't take long and staff was nice
The employees at this place may be spread thin but the way they treated the customers who placed online orders was horrible. We placed orders over an hour before close. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes past the promised time. In the meantime the store closed and there were three other orders that apparently people had placed and instead of calling those people they put stickers on the door with the customer's paid receipts and wrote "sorry" on them. I would never do that as an employee, that was horrible customer service. If you can't complete an order you should have called the customer on their contact number and let them know.
Ordered 3 footlong subs online. I don't think the employee could read.One sub was supposed to be extra meat....all three could not have weighed more than 6 ounces...they were all bun!!! SO disappointed. I guess you have to go in and stand there watching everything they do.

The girls working last night did an amazing job. They were handling online orders and in-person with only two people - one of which was still being trained. They were rockstars!
