Around 11Am this morning I placed a big prder and the girl taking my order seemed to be irritated about it then proceeded to complain to her fellow employee about my order and the fact she wasnt able to talk to her boyfriend. That poor guy has his hands full with her
Nice staff and great location; however, understandably due to staffing issues most likely, the wait times can be somewhat long. However, there is always the Starbucks in Target right near by as well for another option if there's a long line at this location.
Amazing staff, with how hard it is to come by hard working people right now, I am so impressed by how kind and nice this staff is. 100% recommend, will be the only Starbucks I’ll go to in Traverse City.
Ordered 2 drinks. Did not say iced. Received 2 iced coffees one of which had hair in the cup. Not impressed at all
Worst Customer Service have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Very unfriendly unhelpful atmosphere to the point of being rude and annoyed we were there. We watched the next group come in and they were treated same way they stood at counter for a while with a team of 6+ behind the counter no one bothered to look up and greet. They just stood there at the counter waiting for someone to finally acknowledge they were there.
Worst one in town.
Great on most days. How ever the other day they gave me my drink in a hot drink insted of iced and the cashier had the worst attitude, and shut the door in my face. I have not been back to that location since. I am no Karen, I just dont support there location any more. A $5 drink is no reason to miss treat customers especially when we wait 20 min every day for that coffee. Just saying.
very unprofessional every time I come to this location. I have no problems at the one across town which I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to from now on.
