Training a new wait person. Service was so so. Wrong food delivered to one diner. Food was great.

A bit pricey but food and service was great! We ordered a dozen raw oysters, a Cobb Salad, and a Patty Melt with a few adult beverages.
Good food - Korean taco’s an excellent app. Also liked the seafood pot pie - nice take on comfort food. Next time in traverse city will definitely come back
Have been going to Traverse City for many, many years and this was our first visit to Reflect Bistro. We had a great breakfast and the best of service by Georgia. She is fantastic! We highly recommend this restaurant to all for several reasons - great food and selection, friendly and efficient service and a TC restaurant that is open from morning until 11pm (which is rare in TC). Don't be intimidated by the fact that Reflect is inside a hotel. The restaurant is easily accessible, maybe better than most stand alone eateries.
The food was really good and tasty kind of a hidden gem if you ask me not a lot of hotels have such a good restaurant in them as this one.
Ambience was perfect. Good energy, crowd was impressive, yet well balanced and good overall behavior. Not excessive noise considering the numerous people in all public areas: restaurant, bar, lobby check in for the hotel.
Fantastic food, fantastic service. Little weird that it's so open the hotel.
The window sills had dead flys on it. Food and service were very good but the flys grossed me out.
