Service wasn't great. Had to ask waitress several times for the same things. Food was just ok. Nothing great about it this time except for the fish special (huge, delicious) and the coconut shrimp (so yum. Just pour the sauce that comes with it into a big glass and bring me a straw!). Prices were standard - high unless you catch a special. We will return though. Just seemed like an off day...
My husband ordered the fish and chips and got one piece of fish that he said was just okay
john was working and instead of hanging out with his friends those are the types of people who work there!!!
the fish and chips was so tasteless i had to add salt, the ranch dressing was thin, the friesm were good

I have to say, I haven’t been to Red Lobster in 5 years to sit down and eat. Today after Olive Garden was totally booked we decided to head in as they had no wait. Our server Sarah was fantastic. Attentive, nice and genuine. As a general manager myself, Sarah is someone who I would want my team. Amazing customer service! I will be back to see Sarah in the future.
I attempted to bring the matter to Red Lobster directly to handle rather than post it online for all to see but after attempting to fill out a guest survey 4 times and being greeted with a website error, I had not choice but to post it for all future patrons to see... My fiancé and I dined with you on Wednesday 2/9/22 and had been anticipating what we had hoped be a great afternoon for about 2 years as we were finding the right time to cash in a gift card we received for Christmas. Unfortunately our time at the Traverse City, MI Red Lobster ended up being a waste of our afternoon, gift card and a meal. We entered the restaurant at about 3:40pm and stood at the host stand for about 5 minutes before seeing a member of the staff, it was then several more minutes for us to be greeted and taken to a table. Once seated it was about 8 or so minutes before being approached by waitstaff. To the waitresses credit she had several tables and seemed to be the only server on the floor. We figured as more employees arrived the service would get better, we were sadly mistaking with this thought. As tables cleared the dining room and more staff came to the floor, the service became increasingly worse and rather nonexistent. When our waitress finally arrived to our table we ordered our drinks, apps, entrees and a basket of biscuits all at once due to the delays we had already experienced. The drinks arrived promptly but that was the only prompt thing of our meal. Apps and salad took about 20 minutes which finally arrived with our biscuits. As the server started to clear the apps, we asked for extra biscuits for our entrees. These never arrived. We asked 3 more times during our meal for extra biscuits and never received any. As we were waiting for our meal we noticed the chaos that seemed to be occurring with other diners around us. One table was shorted on their changed then given too much change when it was brought to the servers attention. The wrong entrees were initially delivered to us and the table next to us was given the wrong check when asking to pay. As someone who has worked in the service industry, we wanted to give the server the benefit of doubt when she was busy but when shift change came you could tell she was ready to leave and rather than pass us off to another server, she decided to avoid our table all together to focus on her side work. Not once did she even ask how our meal was. I am highly disappointed in the service that we received and that we wasted our money and more importantly time dining with you.
Lobster was a little undercooked but delicious. Sarah is a great server. Steak was a bit too spicy for me but milk fixes that. Next time I'll order with no spices.
Delicious and great service! I don't eat a lot so I sample a little of everything ordered..that is why there is a plate qith a little bit of everything.
Food was good but the three tables around us that got food served first was kind of frustrating as a waitress claimed to have lost our order . We were seated before those others even came in.
