Great service here every time. We primarily order via mobile app for pickup and it's maybe ten-fifteen min between order to ready every time. Order has always been accurate and walking in, picking up our order from the takeout rack, and walking out is great especially when there's a big line.Food quality hasn't let me down.They get my fifth star when they bring back the BBQ sauce for my pulled pork burrito :(

I want to preface this review to say this is not a one time experience. This has been ongoing and sadly i expect it to be sub par now. Which is shameful for any restaurant. Because of that i owe you a review after repeatedly failing me. My burrito was half wrapped and falling apart. The steak inside was cold. They forgot to add my sour cream side to the quesidilla. The quesadilla was soggy and fell apart when lifting it up because there was hardly any cheese inside and only fajita veggies. It also leaked all over the tray and soaked it to the point of needing to just throw it in the trash. The prices have increased over the last year or so and the ingredients even that go into the queso has changed to make it more of a cheese soup than queso dip It's all trying done to save qdoba a buck and cut corners and push that off onto the consumer. The price of everything qdoba offers is not worth what you get anymore, especially recently with food quality going down on their supply chain side and prices going up. Ive eaten a TON of stuff at this location over the years and it's only getting worse and worse, to the point of me finally having to say something and write this review. The chips get salted so much they are not edible as well. The irregularity of people who work here vs the training they relieve shows to make burritos suffer as one day it might be packed full of stuff and rolled neatly and other times you can see the worker struggle to even make the wrap and then it gets all dumped onto another wrap and double wrapped and finally handled to the point of it not being appetizing anymore. Shame on you guys. I will never be coming back (and according to my qdoba app I have eaten at this TC location over 70 times since 2014). Gonna cash in my points and say SEE Ya! Hopefully whatever goes into this location next will be better food because I don't see this location surviving another 1 or 2 years at this rate.

Staying at Great Wolf Lodge, decided to order takeout for family. Went thru app and did a family meal bundle for bowl/taco. Stated it came with chips, salsa,queso and all the fixings. So I thought that meant cheese, sour cream, lettuce, guacamole like on the board under toppings. Didn't get option for specific toppings. At pick up I noticed the extra tortillas I ordered were missing, as well as all the toppings. I received 2 Pico, 1salsa, 1shredded cheese only. None of workers acknowledged me at register so I had to go thru line. When it was my turn I informed Blake what was missing. He took my bags and checked order. He then told me it was correct except for extra tortillas. I was given the giant kind not knowing until later they aren't good unless steamed. I asked for plates and was told no. I was told it would be $10 for sour cream and quac. I declined and asked for managers card. They didn't have any but said manager was Blake-who I literally was talking with. I clarified saying aren't you Blake, and he said yes ? I asked for his district or regional manager and they said they didn't know how to get ahold of them. So I left shaking my head. The portions were underwhelming , rice didn't even fill bottom of container. Beans had a piece of plastic in them. So Qdoba, while I get times are hard, I suggest a little customer service training-especially for Blake. And get individual meals if you want toppings?

Well....? The first thing, it was very dirty just like the other one in town. They started to make a burrito with the wrong rice. Then, he did put the wrong beans (I wanted pinto). I said I would keep it. Then, I asked which meat was the smoked brisket and he just puts it on my burrito without me saying that is what I wanted. Not very attentive.

Every time I ordered a delivery service. There size is one third of usual size!!

No one acknowledged I was there. I stood there while the kids working talked. Finally, the only working kid stopped making online orders and took my order. The boy on the register was so worried about his conversation he was not able to do any other task. Two girls had to repeatedly tell him what i ordered and one girl had to take the chips from him so she could fill a bag of chip for me. He Took my money and never said a word to me or looked at me.But, it’s always good food. Can’t have good service and good food.

We walked into Qdoba for our lunch. Having not patronized them for a long while, we weren't sure what to order. But the menu seemed quite self explanatory. We were very impressed with our lunches. I think you would enjoy the food as wellJust remember that it's fast food so don't set the bar higher than you should when choosing to eat fast food.

Very disappointed with this location. Tables and floors were all dirty. Workers were just standing around with nothing to do. Girl checking out was rude and you could not hear her she was nibbling so much. When asked to repeat was very snippy. This location never use to be like this??

Was extremely disappointed with our visit to Qdoba at 7:30, Sunday night. The restaurant was filthy with spilled liquid, dirty napkins, pieces of food on tables. The garbage can near the door was overflowing. There were 4 employees and no customers so it seems someone could be taking care of the dining room. Even the food prep area was in disarray such as rice in the beans and elsewhere.

Loved this place- First time visit. Employees friendly, polite, and accommodating. Thank you. ?
