Nothing about this place not only false advertises Mexican food but non of these dishes are even made by Mexican I can tell you right now that this food does not even come close to tasting like Mexican food, lmbo I called and ask if they had a certain Mexican dish dude couldn't even pronounce it let alone knew what I was talking about. As a Mexican Native this place offends my hunger and breaks my heart, can't believe folks can slap Mexican on it and think it is ?? I hope they hiring some actual Mexicans and rectify this
I want to preface this review to say this is not a one time experience. This has been ongoing and sadly i expect it to be sub par now. Which is shameful for any restaurant. Because of that i owe you a review after repeatedly failing me.My burrito was half wrapped and falling apart. The steak inside was cold. They forgot to add my sour cream side to the quesidilla. The quesadilla was soggy and fell apart when lifting it up because there was hardly any cheese inside and only fajita veggies. It also leaked all over the tray and soaked it to the point of needing to just throw it in the trash.The prices have increased over the last year or so and the ingredients even that go into the queso has changed to make it more of a cheese soup than queso dipIt's all trying done to save qdoba a buck and cut corners and push that off onto the consumer. The price of everything qdoba offers is not worth what you get anymore, especially recently with food quality going down on their supply chain side and prices going up.Ive eaten a TON of stuff at this location over the years and it's only getting worse and worse, to the point of me finally having to say something and write this review.The chips get salted so much they are not edible as well. The irregularity of people who work here vs the training they relieve shows to make burritos suffer as one day it might be packed full of stuff and rolled neatly and other times you can see the worker struggle to even make the wrap and then it gets all dumped onto another wrap and double wrapped and finally handled to the point of it not being appetizing anymore.Shame on you guys. I will never be coming back (and according to my qdoba app I have eaten at this TC location over 70 times since 2014). Gonna cash in my points and say SEE Ya! Hopefully whatever goes into this location next will be better food because I don't see this location surviving another 1 or 2 years at this rate.
Favorite place to go when i want quick service and I am out of town. We need one in Ludington
Do we really need to review this place? It’s an unapologetic burrito place that probably offends anyone from Mexico.
The food was cold and the food service area was messy and dirty. The staff was clean and polite.
Just not as good as it used to be. Poor meat quality. Less portions at a higher price. Wish Chipotle would come to TC.
First time going and I loved it . Staff was very nice and the food was great. Establishment was clean.
I really love the chicken. It doesn't matter what dish you pick the chicken it great. The staff was very nice. I put a low score because I felt very uncomfortable that when I went into the building only 1 person had a mask on. I had a mask on and when I saw that Qdoba staff did care of the safety of their customers I was very worried. My husband really wanted something from Qdoba so I went into Qdoba again and not one employee had a mask on. I'm not sure if I will ever walk into a Qdoba restaurant again.
Decent food. I like the set up as well however currently unclean tables although I'm sure that is because they can't find staf due to our current disaster of a president.
