Had an incorrect order delivered. When I called the store the employee who answered was incredibly rude immediately, just snapped "I need more information than that!" As I was trying to explain what had happened. When I told him what I had ordered vs what I had received he told me I was wrong and the order was made according to how it had come through (I had my confirmation email to state otherwise). After (rudely) telling me that I would receive "a credit" he hung up on me.Regardless of how busy it is, I do not appreciate being snapped at or being called a liar by a place of business. Mistakes happen, take accountability and handle it with grace next time.
Tried ordering online and confused if it went thru so called to verify twice and they hung up on me both times after waiting 5 minutes first call and 20 the second time. This is unreal how they continue to pick up phone and hang up on you. $40 order and they can't even get the phones properly. If my card gets charged I will dispute it!! Totally unacceptable. I will not ever bother again!! First impression is very sad!!

Tried to stop in here with my family around 8:45 (mind you they close at 10 for dine in) waitress was already cleaning, vacuuming and taking rugs up. While walking up to the door the waitress shook her head at us. She slammed down one of the rugs and asked how many…very rude with her back to us. We said never mind as we will go somewhere else with better service. We had already had a pretty bad day and she made it all the worst.
We came in with a group of 15 young adults and a couple toddlers and our waitress was awesome. She did fantastic and really had the best attitude possible. Dealt well with teenagers being picky and not able to make up their minds! Yes, we told them to just pick or we would pick for them but she had great patience and understanding. Did great keeping hot pizza and such away from the babies. Always love coming to this Pizza Hut.
The guy who checked us out was the nicest and helpful.. the pizza was perfect too. But his customer service is something I will share with others..
Just shocked at common sense. 2nd time we've eaten here recently. Our pizza was messy, cheese sticks were so over cooked there wasn't any hot cheese, we had ordered from a salad bar which was 6 bucks. Ugh. So those plates were kinda messy from the dressing, out waitress came over to bring our pizza and we asked for clean plates and she said. Aren't those plates ok? Really, not friendly, just dropped food off and bolted, won't be back, I guess go to little Caesars down the road, less headache and cheaper
I ordered a veggie pizza and in the special instructions i asked for Sausage to be put on 1/2 of the pizza. That was overlooked. Other than that disappointment, the service was good, delivery on time and pleasant.
The waitress had a bad attitude as soon as we entered. She had us follow her to the table, threw the menus on the table and just walked away. She seemed to be giving everyone in the restaurant a bad attitude. She did get a little better towards the end of our visit. I wouldn’t have given her a tip but my wife did.
Good food. Good prices. Seated quickly. Friendly customer service. Eat in or take out! Drive up as well. Deliver to your car! Same food quality. Always good.
