Charged my card and then hung up. Called me back and refuse to deliver told me that they wouldn't sent a driver out 40 min before they close and said I would have to find food somewhere else and hung up on me then refused to answer there phone again for me. My wife called up there and they answered her call first ring when she asked for a manager they hung up on her.
Had to place our order THREE TIMES! Then, instead of 3x “The works” on three separate crusts, they delivered 2x the works, and 1x cheese on the stuffed crust.Oh, well. They comped us 30% of order. Pizza was ok.
Ordered online and my papadia was way over cooked making it very tough to chew the box wasn't sealed and I never received the other half of my order I called the store and was told they were closed and they would credit my account and then hung up on me very poor customer service I will not order from them again
Ordered 2 meat lovers ended up geting a EVERHTHING pizza (onions peppers,olives even pinapple) I don't understand how it went so wrong.
Papa John's pizza always has been and always will be one of my favorites, no matter what. This particular location is often run by just 2 teenage boys who do not seem to take much pride in their work, so just be sure to double check that they give you all your sauces, etc.
We staying at Great Wolf Lodge and ordered online. My daughter called and asked if plates and silverware delivered rude worker goes NOPE. Food was ok padillas were hard and crunchy so was kids pizza . No soft pillow dough at all.
Fresh ingredients. Very nice pizzas and 'Pappadia' sandwich items. Crust/dough is fresh and hand tossed style. Ingredients are fresh and the amount in relation to item(s) is distributed well. Some nice deals too.
Finally some New York style pizza around T.C.. Need those big, floppy slices with gooey, stretchy cheese!
I wanted so badly to give this place a shot, and I ended up getting a refund given the timeliness of getting a pizza. First, 25 minutes. Then 20-25. Then 15-20. I gave up and canceled my order. The guy working was great, but appeared to be the only person working on New Years eve. I'd give him 5 stars, but will never return given I couldn't get my pizza.
The worst takeout experience i ever had. Placed a delivery order at 7:30PM. Called to check on order at 8:12PM they said it was next out the door. Called at 9:45 they said to wait another 30 minutes and call back if its not here. Called again at 10:20 to no answer. Food finally arrived at 10:30. Poorly made, hard and gross. Absolutely absurd. Who knew it took 3 hours to deliver a pizza?
