Poorly managed an unfriendly management and staff. The bathrooms are filthy. The coffee is never maintained to temperature and often has coffee grounds in it.The place is often deserted and I can see why. I'm always poorly treated when I come in and I always leave rather annoyed... I quit my subscription and am done with Panera. There are much better restaurants and coffee houses worthy of my patronage. Give this one a skip.

thank you for the exceptional customer service this morning! Panera coffee is simply delicious.

Super polite and great service, they ran out of the cookies I had ordered (close to closing) and graciously offered to substitute and offer extra. It was nice to have someone go the extra step; well done!

Panera used to be a good deal for 1/2 sandwich and soup. It now costs $12 - $15. High prices for smal portions. No longer a good deal.

I stopped to get the new soup which was really quite good and not bad at $4 ish BUT I also got the terraki chicken broccoli bowl and it actually was smaller in quantity than the soup, looked nothing like the menu picture and looked like someones leftovers. It was priced at over $11!

The most expensive fast food place I've ever seen! $6 for a A cup of soup and then another $6 for a half of a salad! What did they do farm the stuff themselves out of their back parking lot? Do they have an underground garden in their basement? It's not all that!

All the food is amazing, love the half and half meals. The coffee is not good at all. It's not a coffee shop so I still give it 5 stars. Mobile ordering is too notch, I ordered food 12 hrs in advance and the food was ready right on time.

Awesome experience all the time. I love the food here and the prices are just right the bread is always fresh , awesome pastries, good soup and sandwiches. This time I tried the breakfast wrap and it was delicious.

Fuji chicken salad was missing the namesake apple chips! Paid extra for a hard boiled egg to be added, but only got a half. Not much greens either. I ordered a half salad, but this was not half in size. And the apple I got for a side instead of the roll/bread tasted like sawdust. Plenty of local apples to be had, no excuse for old bruised tasteless ones.

I could write the Declaration of Independence while waiting on the drive thru, holy hell.
