My order somehow fell into a technological black hole (a.k.a. they couldn't find it). Instead of just ranging up a new order I sat there for some time as they argued about where it went, preformed some Sherlock Holmes on the mystery, then acted like it was somehow an issue that they had to create a new order on the spot.I'm giving it four stars because the service is typically decent and my food is always good from this location.
I don’t know what kind of stupidity it takes to mess up a simple drink order when you literally just asked what I ordered for the second time. I swear every time I have gone there my order has been wrong It is not hard to read and follow simple instructions
We had a rude manager talk to us my mom ordered a sandwich with everything and got a sandwich with just lettuce we went back through and the manager had a snobby attitude don't ever go here
Food was good but you have to wait a long time to get waited on & place your order.
The order taker at the drive through was very impatient, borderline rude. The woman at the window absolutely made up for the order taker.
Gr8 visit this time. I think the best time to go is after the lunch rush to get good, hot, fresh, correctly assembled burgers. Way to go!
Ordered deluxe qtr pounder with cheese. This is the only item I ordered. Sticker on box says deluxe qtr cheese. What did I get? A chicken sandwich. Wth...
The lady who was taking our order was laughing and was very rude and condescending. Lack of professionalism! I don’t recommend going to this location.
