Workers are rude as heck, asked a simple question and the cashier roller her eyes.
Today I was NOT happy with my food. I only ordered 1 double bacon burger ? There was 1 piece of bacon and the rest were small chunks that clearly didn't effectively cover the bun.Do better Mickey Ds on Front Street in Traverse City.
To be fair, they did have a line at the drive thru, and so it was a short wait to order and get my food, but the problem is they gave me medium fries instead of large. I ordered a number seven with a few modifiers and then the guy asked me what size and I said large. The screen reflected that and my receipt also said large on it, and of course there's far too many people for me to open my bag and dig through to make sure everything was correct. While the modifiers to my sandwiches were correct, the fries were medium, and the sandwiches weren't wrapped. They were literally thrown in the bag, out of the wrapper. The bacon was also overcooked. Overall, fine but I'm not going back here, not worth spending potentially fifteen dollars for another sub-par meal at McDonald's. I'll try some of the other locations next time
Food is good and is about what you'd get at any other McDonalds, it lives up to the fast part of fast food
They're Trying! It's early 2022, and like everyone, they could use more staff. My experience, however, is that those who are there are really trying hard to make things work with what resources they have.I could tell orders were behind flow, as some of us were asked to pull into spots to wait for parts of our order.Everyone bringing food to cars was in a super hustle, and doing their work like they MEANT it. They asked us to check to make sure the orders looked right, before doing the hand-off, because it was obvious three was such a backlog that there was a good risk of an easy mix-up. But the attention here was well placed, and it worked, and it stood out in my mind that I hadn't seen that level of attention and commitment at a fast food restaurant in some time. So, I say- Bravo! There's a lot to complain about in the fast-food industry, and it's easy for everything to be negative, but I wanted to review my experience here as being overwhelmingly positive, even though we're in the middle of what might be a "dark period" for restaurants (especially fast food) overall.
Ordered the menu hack sausage egg hash brown McMuffin along with the two for five sausage egg McMuffin. Well none of them had the hash brown on it which this item is $5.59. Normally I go whatever but come one for that price okay yeah I’m gonna call and see about getting it fixed. They hung up on me and all I got out was “ yeah I was just there and repeated what I ordered and said not one of em have the hashbrown.” She just hung up! Yeah I’ll be calling later to speak to a manager.
Ordered but 2 for $7 got a 10-piece chicken nugget and a Big Mac everything was good and fresh
Terrible service. Took 5 tries to get my order of 20 chicken nuggets right. The lady at the counter handed me ten and said I was done.
I had the Thai shrimp pizza which was great. Expected a bit more variety in the beer menu, but the beers I had were good. My wife liked her triple meat pizza as well. Good service.
Got my order wrong as per usual and I don't even go to mcds that often. I try to avoid them. Very impatient in the drive thru trying to rush me to end the order after every item. As if I'm interrupting them when I'm just trying to order food. I wish that the staff would be more patient and friendly. I also wish that they would take time to make sure the order is right
