Mary’s is a must stop when in traverse city. As a staple of my childhood - the cravings have been real throughout my pregnancy for some MKP; but the Navy brought my growing family to San Diego…So good my mother mailed me a box of the Focaccia bread for my birthday this year. There is no better Turkey Sandwich in the world. Seriously.
Still the most consistently amazing sandwiches in traverse. Absolutely love this place. Prices have stayed reasonable also.

They overcharged and were not overly friendly. I bought a couple of soup mixes. When I got home I saw that the sticker read $6.95 each but the receipt read 9.95 each. I wasn't thrilled, but I paid cash and live a distance away. Lesson learned on my part, pay attention.
Pro tip: Get the pre-made MKP gobbler sandwich, their freshly baked focaccia is amazingly chewly and tasty, it comes with plenty of roasted turkey.Our second favorite is the corned beef sandwich, I forgot what the bread it comes with, but it was really good too. Did I also mentioned it's full of meat and reasonably cheap. It's a double win!
