I just ordered a chicken burrito from The Kitchen and the guy who took my order at the register then proceeded to make my burrito with his bare hands without ever washing them after touching the cash register. On top of that, the chicken and beans were not mixed together, instead the chicken was all in one spot so when I took a bite I either got all chicken or all beans. The prices have gone up, but sadly the quality has gone down. Very disappointing.

Drove past this restaurant multiple times and decided to try it out tonight. We got a simple order of bowl of chicken noodle soup, 1/2 ham sandwich and another cup of chicken noodle soup and a Mac n cheese. After driving 20 minutes from my house I got there and drove all the way home hoping for a good simple dinner, boy was I wrong. They forgot my wife's soup and when I called they apologized and sent a driver out with her order which was nice but that didn't help the quality of food. My bowl of chicken noodle soup had about 10 noodles total with not one piece of chicken, so for $5 I was served chicken broth in my opinion. Also they said they were out of ham so we got a turkey sandwich instead. So I gave a 2 star for them handling the mistake and delivering but only 2 because the food was terrible. Do not recommend.
This place has great food! I wish you would open one down in the Ann Arbor area.
The best cuban in TC hands down. The salads are huge portions and great prices. The menu is a little smaller and different now that Covid is in plac. I miss a few items that I can no longer get but still pretty great overall.
Just ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl. Its suppose to be a grain bowl with some Tomato, Avocado, Black Beans, Sweet Potato and some Greens. What i recieved was a bowl full of lettuce.The entire bowl was lettuce with a ton of chipotle crema. It was used as dressing to soak everything. I asked for quinoa instead of brown rice and there was barely any Quinoa? It was literally all lettuce when its' supposed to be a grain bowl? There was only 2 small tomatoes, and maybe a bite or 2 of sweet potato and avocado. I am so disappointed. Im assuming whoever made this doesn't have a clue what a grain bowl is and thought it was a salad instead. Not worth the $13 for a bowl of lettuce.
The best lunch spot. Such comfort food that also sells lots of local items. Love the sundried tomato meatloaf.
