Service was slow, & wait time in line was about 27 minutes. After I received my receipt, they messed up my order & it took another 1/2 hour to get my food. This is not the first time that service has been dissatisfactory.
If you want mediocre, luke-warm food, served by the dumbest people on earth then your wait is over. Spent $28 on a bucket of chicken and a drink. Ordered original recipe. I got crispy. I ordered 2 sides of mash potatoes and gravy. Guess what... they didn't put them in the bag. I get 1 day off from work per week, and this S-hole place ruined my day. Never going back!
It was not a good experience. Food was missing and when I came back to get it they still forgot my cookie. I had to wait like 7 to 10 mins after ordering or coming to the window each time for the food. By the time I got to eat my food was cold. The whole ordeal took like an hour plus. They also took my receipt at the end so I couldn't leave a survey.
I compared Colonel Sanders to Chick-fil- Chick-fil-A is a little cheaper service was very good at both places I like the Colonel Sanders flavor better than the Chick-fil-A
I sat in line for 40 minutes with two cars in front of me yet to be served. My ice cream was melting so I went to Culver's and got my food in less than 10 minutes. I'm sure Culver's appreciates the business. Three cars behind me and two in front of me left. If you can't be offer service in a timely manner maybe you on should just lock the doors and go home.
Well, went yesterday and went inside as I didn’t know that part wasn’t open for business, stood there 10 minutes, completely ignored so I figured it out and went through the drive through, staff was quick and friendly and I got my food quickly but it was so expensive for an 8 piece chicken tender meal and a medium soda it was a little over 27.00. The food was not that good chicken was tough and potatoes tasted weird. They must not use a quality ranch sauce cause that wasn’t good either. I don’t mind paying money for decent food but this was not good and I probably won’t be back.
Went to order diner on 3/9/2022 and waited inline for 35 minutes. No problem. Placed my order no problem. Was going through my bank statement yesterday and noticed my debt card was processed 3 times back to back ( $29.00 ). Now I see why I got an over draft charge . Here I thought I just over spent. NOPE, KFC TRIPLE CHARGED ME. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 3 OR 4 DAYS TO TALK TO DISTRICT MANAGER. I will never go back. Now chic fa la is town. Our new hot spot. I will wait in line an hour for there food before I go back to kfc
When I ordered my 12 tender I also ordered a order of fries omg they were so salty I couldn't eat them I ordered from this location before never had a problem so I called back about 10 minutes after picking up food my surprise to the response I got when I was doing them a favor by telling them .never once did I ask for a refund or anything. The Manger stated I seasond the fries my self KFC tells us 8 big shakes
Horrible people. Careless girl running drive-thru. She's very rude and snobby. Not to mention her attitude towards customers. Especially when forced to sit in the drive-thru watching 2 cars sit for ten minutes each. Then to be ignored for 10 minutes at the speaker. I don't recommend this kfc over any other kfc in tc. It's a joke.
