Was there around 330 on Friday 5/13/2022 order my usual and I live in elk rapids so I didn't start to eat it till I'm home, when I finally took a bite nothing but mayonnaise in the bite, I open it and there's meat and cheese but ungodly amount of mayonnaise, so much it wasn't an accident it was done on purpose like why? Unbelievable a simple cold cut sandwich and you guys can't even do that right. Wish I could give you 0 stars

I came here for lunch meeting with my boss and the service was great! Emily was our cashier, she was wonderful and was truly helpful. I’m not used to jimmy johns menu, and she walked me through it and it was perfect! She’s a keeper right there wish I could steal her for my restaurant!

We were there last Monday and the 2 young ladies working, Emma and Cambelle were so friendly and polite! Excellent customer service! The store was very clean and the food was great!

Every single time i go to this location of Jimmy Johns they mess up our order. The other day I went there are got a number 5 which comes with no mayo at all. Then I just went there today and got the number 5 and i specifically told the lady no lettuce or tomato. You want to know what the guy did they put lettuce and tomato on it. This has happened too many times.
Total disappointment.
