I always love me some JJ when I’m around one. Only problem is that they don’t have any near my house so when I’m outta town I always enjoy it. I was on vacation so I was able to get it delivered to the hotel which I was very happy because I had my son with me and the weather wasn’t the best. The food when it arrived was on point and ingredients very fresh. I’m a sandwich professional so I know lol. JJ is always good for me but you guys need to start putting them up how dollar general puts their stores up lol. Will be back to this location next time I’m in TC.
I went to Jimmy John's for the first time on Friday, March 4. The sandwich was great, and zero wait time. The staff was friendly, but I really want to commend the owner of this location. He came out and spoke to us for about 15 minutes at the end of the meal. He was kind, attentive and clearly is very interested in providing excellent customer service to his patrons. He even gave us samples of the cookies & chips, which we had not tried before (both were great)! His interaction with guests, on a Friday night, was very nice to see and we will definitely be back.
Ordered my lunch at 12pm, still waiting at 1. Called said they where backed up and it would arrive in a little while. Well now my lunch hour is over. I know people are short staffed but maybe stop delivering if u can’t accommodate people . Big suggestion for unwhich, use romaine

It's good as far as Jimmy John's goes. But honestly the only good deal is the gargantuan. Subway is, in my opinion, far superior. But it's healthier than say burger King or McDonald's so I really do enjoy the convenience and the staff are cool.
Doesn't deliver even though I live 3.7 miles away.
Delicious food. Order was correct. Delivery to house was freaky fast. Friendly advice, maybe include napkins in bag. Also, felt slightly rushed on the phone and interrupted while trying to place Oder on the phone. But truly, very please with this JJ!
I've been impressed by the speed of service here, but today was especially fast - before I even had my pop filled up, my sandwich was done. Tasted great, the staff are friendly - great place for lunch.
they are progressively getting slower and slower. currently going on an hour wait and that is the norm with this location
Delivered a uncarbonated sprite and went out of their way to deliver me a new one :)
