I’m not one to regularly leave reviews, but the subpar service I just received tonight at this establishment was unacceptable. Allow me to elaborate:At 5:30, I texted an order in to this store as a pickup, but decided to call in immediately and change it to a delivery. After speaking with a male employee on the phone, he assured me the order was now a delivery and confirmed my address and name. Great, sounds good…7:30 rolls around, still no pizza at my house. A call to the store confirms that the order had never actually been changed to a delivery; it had been sitting in their store for over an hour as a pickup order. My three kids, all under the age of 6, were all hungry and ended up eating some old leftovers.I immediately drove up to the store and communicated this to a female manager, who was very unapologetic and didn’t sympathize in the slightest. I ordered again and was shockingly charged full price, no offer of a discount whatsoever.I’m finished with this place. Do what you say, guys. Maybe you’ll keep more customers that way.
Has a hard time getting orders straight.Well tried it again, we ordered hot wings bone in, they forgot to put on the hot sauce.
Folks never have disappointed. They're deliveries are always on time and they are very communicative. Even through all of the staffing issues that small business owners face right now, it's always done very well and we've never had even the closest thing to a disappointment. Just wanted to drop five stars for these guys because I know they are short staffed and always come through. Oh, and the pizza is amazing, too. :)
Abysmal customer service. I placed an order for pickup through the texting app, and was given instructions to pickup my pizza after an estimated time of 20 minutes. I had my wife go and follow through with the EXACT instructions given to me via text, and she was greeted with an incredibly rude, disgruntled employee over the phone. I apologize if you are "not offering" curbside pickup, but that is the exact instructions given to us. She was also told she required to pay for it, except both the receipt, and my text order already made it very clear it was paid for. This employee should not be working in retail, period. Very upset with this encounter and will definitely be ordering from here forward through B.C Pizza. Pictures included.
Love Jet's Pizza! Great crust on deep dish pizza. Very sad they removed Chicken Parmesan from the menu.
I have ordered from this jets several times, and the pizza was just ok. The reason for the 2 star rating is because we ordered pizza from here Christmas Eve, and all 4 of us became I'll shortly after eating the pizza. We all were commenting that something did not take right, but being hungry, we ate it anyways. I think the crust was bad. The pizza was the ONLY thing that we all ate, so it's obvious the pizza made us sick. This is a warning to anyone that orders from here....beware of pizza that tastes funky.

I go for their Cauliflower crispy pizza crust. The toppings are delicious & the service great. The only thing I don't like is no masks on employees. I really think food service people should wear them to protect the public. Especially in Michigan where not only Covid is wreaking havoc but colds & flu.
We ordered a pizza for delivery online. We also requested in the additional directions box to please leave the pizza in front of our garage door. The order confirmation stated it would be an hour wait. I called an hour and a half later wondering where the pizza was. The person answering the phone could hardly talk in complete sentences or even get a word out that wasn't garbled. He sounded sooo high. He put me on hold to get a manager. Several minute's later a manager answered. He told me the pizza had been delivered at 7:19 and 2as left at the door. The employee d8d not knock at the door or ring the doorbell. So. the pizza had been sitting outside getting cold. Manager offered 1/2 off. Still not the point. Just totally incompetent.
Jets is excellent, we've always had great experiences. Highly recommended.
