Very friendly and the wait wasn't too bad, my only real criticism....I watched the young lady cleaning the cold food table, drop her cleaning cloth on the floor then picked it up and continued to use it. Maybe a retrain in the proper cleaning of food holding areas.

What we have received of our order so far has been fine. The items we did receive took 2 hours to get delivered and we have yet to receive the salad we ordered. For the price of the food, delivery fee, plus a tip for the driver this time frame is unacceptable. Now we have been waiting 2.5 hours for a salad which at this time will probably go uneaten. Very disappointing experience.
Absolutely insane, got my order completely wrong because they have someone who is new and should be in a mental institution taking the order. Completely rude as well after they said they would take 20 percent off for my troubles then tries to say we're just doing 10... no I want the 20 I should be asking for more off then that. Nothing was right on my order what so ever
Ordered 2 pizzas and some cheese bread on New Years Day from here, this used to be my wife’s favorite pizza. We both got food poisoning, mine was somewhat mild, my wife’s was not! Never ordering from here again, I wish there was a negative star rating for this post.
Kids love Jets here in TC, way better service at this Jets compared to the Detroit area
I ordered a salad and a pizza to be delivered to our hotel room. They told me it would be between 45 mins and an hour and a half. An hour and a half later the delivery guy shows up and hands me the pizza..which was good. I asked where the salad was he said he had forgotten it. He looked at the receipt and the salad was 9.99. He hands me a $10.00 bill and calls it good. We were in a hotel room…we weren’t given any napkins or plates or anything…just the pizza.

I was really craving a, chicken parm. sub. I have been a fan of, Jet's pizza for years & order rather regularly from this location, so I placed an order for the aforementioned sub. Everything is always great -- up until now. I ordered extra & additional ingredients & also inquired if the sub would be toasted. I was not only assured that it would be toasted, the person on the phone asked if I would care for the, mushrooms & onions be cooked, i said yes.I received a room temperature sub, meat was not really even warm,( sorry guys .. I really do enjoy your food.... ), mush / onions raw, ( canned mushrooms are disgusting. )). cheese not really even melted. Is there even sauce on here!!?? I do not see it or taste it. Sub roll not toasted.So, I will never order a sub from you guys again. -- I did not even finish it. I am going to take it apart and use the filling I sitting here, shaking my head. I am left really disappointed, unsatisfied & wasted money.Lesson learned.A chicken parmesan sub should be made; a chicken breast sliced, layered with sauce & cheese with more sauce/cheese on top, than left open faced and set to toast/broil.This was just pizza toppings loosely put on a sub roll with a very small, ( and I mean SMALL ) amount of pizza sauce.Stop it. You know better.
