Kitchen has it on lockdown. These guys are absolutely killing it. Beach Bread and East Bay pizza were outstanding. Service was great. 10/10
We ate here twice on vacation, mostly due to convenience (we stayed nearby) and the option for outdoor seating. The first time we sat outside and had good service and tasty food (chicken, ribs, sandwiches) and drinks. The second time, we tried to get a table outside in the shade, but there was only one available, and the hostess did not want to seat us in that area since the server had recently been given a lot of tables back to back. This is understandable, but a better solution would have been to shift that table to a different server. (Side note, more shaded areas are needed!) We ended up having to wait in a different line to put our name in for indoor seating. It would be great if they would streamline this process by only having to put your name in at one place for both seating options. We ordered pizza and salad the second time around. The pizzas were pretty reasonably priced, but the dinner salads were not. We paid $14 for a Caesar salad that probably shouldn’t cost half that based on the size. In addition, the service the second time around was not nearly as attentive. This place may be hit or miss.
Had the East Bay Pizza and Blood Orange Lemonade- both were delicious. A short walk from our hotel and Amy was a great server!
Cute spot with really good pizza. They were slammed with cherry festival peeps..so the service was a bit slow but we enjoyed the meal. Bring cash because they charge a 3% service fee for credit cards. Better to give a 3% discount for cash than an added charge. Nice outdoor seating area too.
We traveled from southern Indiana to the Traverse City area and we always stop here for their brick oven pizza and craft beers. The pizza has a thin, flaky crust and a buttery taste. Be prepared to wait during the peak season but it is worth it. They have several beers on tap that make excellent company to anything you want to eat.
Awesome food. Awesome atmosphere. Awesome service. Highly recommend the brisket, seafood piadina, and lobster roll. My teenagers loved it as much as I did.
Long wait, lots of staff doing nothing. Overpriced, not enough food, no kids menu. $14 for a cheese quesadilla! Food came out at different times and after a very long wait. Two people were done eating before the others got their food. Won't return.
We absolutely loved our experience at hopscotch! We sat outdoors and it was a great atmosphere and amazing food. I got the pulled pork nachos and my husband got the brisket and one of their beers on tap. We will definitely come again!
Service was great. Great menu. The brisket was the best I ever had. They charge a service fee for not paying with cash. There was a sign on the door which I think most folks would not take time to read thoroughly. I feel like servers should mention it when they bring the check. Also it's just kinda weird. They are very busy and prices are fair but not cheap. I feel like they should pay the service fee rather than pass it on to their customers like most other restaurants do. Unless this is some weird new trend I'm just not aware of but it's the first time it's happened to me.
Visited while in town briefly, just had a few Frood Noop IPAs. The staff was very inviting and friendly. Would visit again to dine in, the food coming out looked and smelled amazing.
