We stopped at Higher Grounds for coffee and a Chai Latte. The coffee was very good and the Chai Latte was great! We received friendly and quick service.
One of the best lattes I've ever had! They are meticulous about a well balanced latte and also have non-dairy milk. Will be back again for sure!
Cappuccino was wonderful! They have a wide selection of beans and the baristas were helpful in selecting some to take home! They also have a nice outdoor patio.

We haven't been to the location yet, but we drink their coffee at home and it's amazing! I like a rich, bold coffee and my wife is more into the flavors and we both equally enjoy Higher Grounds coffee.We will definitely be stopping in next time we're in Traverse City!!
Best coffee in town!!! I love Higher Grounds not only for all of the yummy flavors, but all fair trade practices and their not for profit supports a great cause. All nestled in the state hospital by a beautiful little stream. Morning bliss.
